Sourced a flat in Aberdeen through Sam that we now operate as an SA. Was very easy to work with and the process was seamless. Plan to do more business with him in the future.

I purchased 2 properties with Sam and there was great communication and the due diligence on every aspect was amazing. Support from start to finish and help with any issues I was unsure of whenever I needed it. Looking forward to the next one

Sam sourced a BTL property for me back in 2022, Sam was great to work with through the full process and was always available to answer any questions - looking forward to doing business with Sam again in the future.

At Brig Properties Ltd, we completed a few deals through Sam, and would highly recommend him and his services moving forward.

Bought several properties through Sam Dyer Investments and continue to use all the resources available

I have worked with Sam many times over the last few years to source properties for other investors.
Sam is a very knowledgeable guy and is always available to help and offer advice.

Good company. Sam has helped me out with the acquisition of a portfolio and sourced a 3 tennented BTL deals for me over the years - 2 of which have became our highest yielding properties in the portfolio. One of these have grown in value (from the heavily discounted purchase price) by 42% in 22 months.

I have been a property investor since 2015, and was slowly building a portfolio, whilst busy with my main career.

Sam really helped me turbo charge that and build a 7 figure portfolio in the background. He started by helping me change strategy, then made it a handsfree process from sourcing, to ensuring the property was up to standard and compliant to rent on completion, to ensuring the property was let out once ready.

His knowledge, experience and his network were key in allowing me build my portfolio to a point that I have been able to retire early.

I've purchased two properties through Sam Dyer Investment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sam was incredibly responsive throughout the process, addressing any challenges quickly and efficiently. His industry knowledge is first-rate, and he made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and well-managed. Both deals were handled professionally, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Have both sold and sourced a property through Sam. Both times have been seamless. Sam's a wealth of knowledge in the sector and knows his markets inside out. Couldn't recommend more.

I've worked on a few deals with Sam, they've went through very smoothly, Sam is also very knowledgeable about the industry.

Great communication from start to finish. Made the process of our deal very to work with. Would definitely recommend

Sam is a pleasure to work with. I sourced a deal, which I was planning on keeping for myself because the numbers were great but a change in circumstances meant I couldn’t follow through with it. He was very diligent in all the documents that he requested from me then he sourced it on within 24 hours. The person who purchased the deal has since advised me that they found it to be a successful investment.

Worked with Sam a few times now on some property deals. Very knowledgable and experienced, with great communication and insight. Gets great results for clients and people he works with.

I’ve bought 4 investment properties through Sam. Easy, no fuss and zero hassle.
