Ski goggles
It was time to replace my old Salice ski goggles bought years ago in Italy. I went with the same brand as the old goggles lasted very well.

Great Service after Royal Mail delay!
After placing an order on 3rd December, which Royal Mail managed to "mislay", Graham very kindly forwarded me another pair of children's ski goggles, which I have now received. I am very grateful for his assistance and my granddaughter looks super cute in her goggles.

Good service but not enough details…
Good service but not enough details about the product before purchasing. Also would be helpful if helmet could be adjusted at the back to make it tighter/looser.

After seeing this I rang you and explained the system. I've noted that we need to add more information on how to measure and fit a helmet, we will definitely take that on board.
With regards to the adjustment system, you can not only use the ratchet on the back to change the tightness of the helmet, but that bracket also has lateral movement so you can adjust where the bracket sits at the back of the head. Again this maybe needs a little more explanation on our website.
It was a pleasure speaking to you and for the feedback you've given, which I'm sure will help others in the future.

I received the my order and sad
I received the my order . When I tried to change the len, I didn’t expect the hook of the len is very vulnerable, it was almost broken….
I am curious the hook design is good or not, but now I almost lost my len……because I am afraid to attach to the frame again …..sigh.

Salice, the most honest and helpful company in the UK.
I bought two pairs of lenses for my 005 glasses. They were very honest and helpful, including helping me pay import taxes. I highly recommend Salice and would buy from them again. All companies should act this way with their customers—they're a role model.
