I ordered a dress that when delivered looked nothing like the picture displayed, when I contacted them to return it they told me that it isn't on them if the photos appear different to the product. Very disappointed with the service from this company.
I also posted a review on their website which still isn't displayed as obviously they don't display bad reviews

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. My order has been lost for weeks and I’ve reached out numerous times with only a robot response telling me it’s due to the recent tariffs. No refund, and no resolution. I will never order from this company again!
Update: Thank you for the robot response, I received the email as well. Yes, however my package is still showing no update or tracking on my end. I would still never buy from a company who only allows store credit for returns. Had I known this I would’ve never purchased from this company to begin with. Overall, a terrible experience for a first/last time buyer.

Do not trust Sage and Paige. I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing from them. Their return policy is ridiculous, unfair, and greedy. I wanted a refund for a dress which doesn’t fit, but they only allow store credit. A gimmick to get me to spend more at their online store - no thanks.
Don’t shop here. There are so many other online stores to chose from, which will give you a refund should you need it.

Colour was different and cheap
Wanted to return as sites said hot pink and it clearly was not. More a dull purple and the picture was completely different. Wouldnt accept the reason for return. Will never come back here again. Also cheap make.

Dont waste your time, or lose money!
Bought a dress in December, awful fit and material so uncomfortable so I sent it back. Now because they charge you to send it back I lost money on the amount I could then spend, because they dont offer REFUNDS! So, bought a pair of shorts, read the description, still they were small and not true to size. So returned and again lost more money on the credit note. So annoyed that I had to spend more money to get things I really didnt want or need. Online businesses should really offer refunds and at least one free return! will never buy from his place again.

Be very careful buying from this company. I bought three dresses to try on for a wedding because they do state that they return and refund. I was happy to pay for the postage to return items. On returning two of the items they contacted me and stated that I removed a tag and they would not refund. I contacted them back and stated that I had to remove the tag to try the dress on as the tag was tangled in the string. I literally tried the dress on twice then packaged it up.
To their credit they did make an exception and said they would take the return. Which I am very thankful for.
Then after all that they have stated that they will only give out store credit and not refund. I'm not sure who doesn't refund in this day and age. Now I am stuck with a credit I don't think I will ever use! Like I said , be very careful choosing items!

I'm writing this review as I have got nowhere with their customer service team.
I’ve spent over $260 at Sage and Paige, but unfortunately, I’m left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Their website claims the clothing is "true to size," yet also states that "sizes may vary depending on fabric and style." This contradiction makes it extremely difficult for women with unique body types, like mine, to confidently select the right size.
I carefully followed the size guide when ordering, but the items I purchased didn’t fit as expected. Despite all being listed with the same size guidelines and polyester as the fabric, the variations in the material significantly affected the fit. For example, with two of the items, I would need to go up two or more sizes. The size guidelines are very misleading. Each fabric variation should have specific sizing information. Using a generic size guide and claiming the "item is true to size" without accounting for fabric variations implies that Sage and Paige assume all women’s bodies are the same, catering only to a narrow body type.
Adding to the frustration, there are no customer reviews to verify whether the items are truly "true to size." This lack of transparency makes shopping feel like a gamble, which is disheartening for someone who genuinely loves the designs.
To make matters worse, they only give store credit, and I’ve had to pay $26 in return courier fees across multiple orders. While I appreciate the aesthetics of the clothing, I’ve spent far too much money only to end up with a pair of $5 earrings and one dress that fits properly.
I feel completely let down… my increased insecurities about my body shape and size, combined with the return courier fees, make it unlikely that I’ll ever use the store credit. I just want my money refunded!
