Delivery was just perfect thanks

My cologne only arrived yesterday so I haven't had the chance to wear it yet. It was very neatly packaged with each having its own tin. The scents are very attractive and having the ability to carry one in your pocket makes reapplying very easy. A very nice product and well priced.

From the first time I used it I loved it stayed cold for a long time great item.

The towel is exactly as advertised, tried it out and got the shock of my life with how cold it was! Marvellous.

I ordered an item
and it is very cheaply made . Cost £19 and they won't return it and refund it . Just offer compensation of £6 . Fraud .
Do not buy from this company as you can't get a refund !!!!

Took so long to arrive that it’s too late to get the best use of it! There’s no notification of dispatch and when you get fed up waiting and chase it you just get fobbed off.

Delivery updates, good packaging. No issues with the product and good price .

Took a while to arrive, arrived in good condition. One of the lids won't screw on so cant use it

Dislikes. Lack of accurate communication no.information on expected delivery , either up front when ordering or until 3 weeks later when I started chasing, by email.
Even when chased little useful information was forthcoming on delivery estimates, until I demanded a refund if a delivery estimate date could not be given..which it wasn't but the items appeared, unexpectedly with a week.

Great product but waited a long time for it. Hence 4 and not 5 stars

My wife thinks these are the dogs, best thing on the market for keeping you cool.

They took to long in arriving and not very good quality

Received fairly quickly- 2-3 weeks- as I wasn’t expecting them quickly because of some bad comments on line. But I have to say I emailed them often and they always got back to me promptly to explain . Satisfied with their service. The goods seem just as described but haven’t yet used them on a hot day!

Love the idea and concept of this product, sadly they took a long long long time to arrive (yesterday) as everyone is aware the extreme heat is passing now so could have done when a month ago. Product is good quality and does work so apart from delivery times, yes I would still recommend this product. 🙌

Great customer service and delivery came earlier than expected overall fantastic

It was easy to contact the company which was great. They could not correct the error I made, I suspect because of the time difference between me and them. Otherwise, it was fantastic.
