it took far too long for the items to arrive, I almost suspected fRAud and was going to report it to my bank!

The shirts are fine no problem good quality But the company who selling do not communicate two emails sent did not get a reply no tracking sent delivery was to long

Still waiting for my order after a month. Very poor service from customer services with promises that my order is being processed. Asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded but no response.

I was starting to worry about delivery of my order so emailed the seller. The customer service was excellent and assured me that delivery was imminent and exactly 2 days later my order arrived. Everything was perfect and extremely well packaged. Very pleased with the transaction and the quality of the item.

They actually work unlike the handheld fans advertised on various platforms

Email acknowledgement of order but no follow up with regard to delivery time, date of receipt etc. Long delay for delivery

I would have liked more choice over the colours as I would not have chosen white as a colour choice
Overall the shirt I have worn today has been comfortable especially as it has been another warm day here

Mainly the long delivery time is unacceptable, I placed an order on 21 June and received it on 20 July. I would not order again. However I did get quick responses to my requests on the expected delivery time.

Very pleased with vacuum bags, king size quilt in one & pillows in the other. All shrunk down and stored. Would recommend these as they’re good quality

Very please with top I ordered but at the time of ordering didn’t realise it was shipped and made in China and delivery was very slow

The product is good but the delivery time is to long.

Towels came in a lightweight container which has a handy clip on it. They work well. Delivery took nearly four weeks which was disappointing.

The tops are not true to british sizes.ive got 2 of no use to me. They are very smalli ordered 5xl thinking they would fit but far to small.i gave 1 to my daughter still a little tight but wearing it .i cant get it on.am i ablebto return them 2.

After placing my order I discovered that an incorrect amount had been debited from my account. After raising the matter my account was credited with the overcharge after a few days.

One of the items was broken, disappointingly.

It was difficult to track my delivery because I did not know which courier company was being used.

It took so long to be delivered I didn't think it would be but quite happy with the item

The cooling mat only just arrived yesterday so not had time to use it for my dog, but it looks nice.
