Do not use this company. Clothes arrived too late for my wedding and I had ordered 4 dresses. All couldn't be returned for a refund - only store credit. You won't get your money back! That's £250 that I will never see back. Avoid!

Sizing is off, slow shipping, pricey returns/exchanges
I placed an order of two items for an event that was 2 weeks away. Before placing the order, I reached out regarding sizing for one of the items. I did not receive a response before I placed the order. Ultimately, my order did not arrive in time for the event. Additionally, neither item fit in accordance with the size chart. One was extremely tight. The other was tight in the bust and loose in the waist. I was charged an additional $12.99 to print a return label and the store only offers store credit.

Although the product is beautiful and I am happy with it. I ordered 3 dresses for a wedding and one in multiple sizes. It was not clear anywhere that they don’t do refunds. I am now left over £200 out of pocket! To not allow for refunds is ridiculous. Would not order again because if this. My advice would be change your policy or you will keep receiving negative reviews

Terrible customer service . When you inquire about your order they have automatic machine set up to talk with you . No real person help . My dress that I paid for is lost in the transit and no one at this Sage and Page company to help sort out the problem . Completely not trust worthy , unreliable . Difficult Exchange / Credit
Unfortunately, if you need to make a size exchange- you have to wait 6-8 weeks for the international package to arrive back to Australia before you get the store credit. No refunds are allowed. Made it hard to have the dress I ordered for a special event.

If your return was submitted through our Return Portal, store credit is usually issued once our US or UK warehouse receives and scans the returned items. However, for returns sent independently (outside the portal), the package needs to reach our Australian head office for inspection before we can proceed with issuing store credit. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this step is important to ensure everything is in order.
As we are an Australia-based brand, international returns can take approximately 6–8 weeks to be received and processed.

A total scam
I ordered a dress that cost £102. I did not want to keep it so am returning it to find that they have deducted £16 from the original £102 charged and I have to pay £11 return delivery on top. I would never order from this site again. It is disgusting that they make profit in this way. Also, I have just realised they only issue a store credit from a site that the clothes are not good quality. A total scam.

I am so unbelievably annoyed not only did I wait ages for delivery with no actual proper email to say my order was confirmed or on its way, the items have turned up looking like something off of a market stall. And they want to give me store credit for what another bag of cheap, poorly made clothing no thanks
It's NOT clearly marked in your site and it's NOT consumer law we do NOT have to accept store credit and you know this. You did NOT email me anything after my purchase I had to log into the account to see what I had bought and only found out your policy aftee discovering the items were low grade and checked your faqs. I have reached out to customer service and had no reply stop selling TEMU grade products at high prices.

I returned an item at the start of March, received an email that my store credit was being processed. I sent 3 follow up emails in April and still haven't received a reply or credit. I am escalating this matter to Dept of Consumer Protection. Unless resolved today, my order number is 119643.

Not happy
Bought 4 dresses for my hen party, to try on different styles with the want of returning three. I’m usually a size small but the small didn’t fit, however from looking at the size small on me, medium would be too big. Only when I went to return, they don’t offer refunds only store credit!!! Medium will be too big, and small is too small. I’m now stuck with near £300 credit for a website that I won’t fit in to. It also costs £11 to return which is not taken out of store credit.

SHOCKING! AVOID!
Extremely poor quality clothing. Even worse customer service.
Received two items $100 each. Both very poor quality. One is completely faulty, frayed stitching, flawed and pulled material. Reported to customer service via the website. Without even requesting images of the faults to inspect customer service representative responded saying “too bad, so sad” basically. Will not refund and I will have to pay return shipping if I even want store credit (like I would ever buy from them again)

Not sure where to begin.
I ordered a dress, paid for expedited shipping (3-6 business days) - which was an extra $23.
Tracking never left the “ready to ship” status, I emailed customer service, their response was it’s pretty much out of their hands. Eventually they said “The typical transit time is between 4–10 business days, though this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery window.” so then WTF is the point of paying for expedited shipping?!
I’ve requested a refund 4x and they’ve ignored that request and tell me to continue waiting for shipping.
If this dress ever arrives, I won’t want it and I guarantee they will tell me I need to pay to ship it back only two receive store credit from a company that I’ll never want to buy from again.
Best part, I got an automated email asking me to review my dress. WHAT DRESS!?! I NEVER GOT IT!
This company is a scam. Be warned.
