SMSTS Course, I can not recommend enough this training centre, Frank Stanton, high level skills of teaching throughout the course, he deserve a pay rise and an oscar !

I booked an SMSTS course with this…
I booked an SMSTS course with this guys, I had to take my daughter to the hospital on the third day of the course so i informed the course trainer in the morning as it was an emergency. I gor back in the afternoon to join the course but the trainer logged me out of the zoom meeting and asked me to contact safety alert. When i contacted them, they told me i am supposed to attend all the course hours so i have to pay a new fee to be put on another course. How do i attend all the course hours if i have to rush my daughter to hospital, this guys are selfish and cold hearted, they only think of making money from people. I have been calling and sending emails for over 2 weeks to no avail. Finally, i got a response that i would be given a discount on the next course which i accepted. The course is tomorrow 5th june 2023, and i still have not heard from safety alert and i have been calling and nobody picks up. This is a very bad company, they dont even have an office where you can go to sort issues out. Please stay away from them. I really hope they pay for their sins. I will make sure to let the whole world know about them. Very unprofessional company. They will ignore your calls and emails, they just dont care about anything.

Thank you for your review.
I can confirm you were booked onto our SMSTS which ran on 12th May 2023 with the weekend option. You attended the course with constant disruptions due to babysitting while attending an SMSTS. The trainer did mention to you that this isn't allowed as it disrupts the learning of other students. On day 3, you joined the course late by 4 hours without prior notification to trainer.
As per CITB regulations, you must attend 7.5 hours with an overall 37.5 hours. As you could not satisfy this requirement, the trainer had to remove you and suggest you attend the course again. This is only to ensure compliance with the CITB and also to ensure you receive a fair & consistent course.
We do not make the rules, we abide by them. When you raised a complaint, the admin team provided you with a few course dates and also gave a discretionary discount to attend a future course. You did not confirm the date through the proper process, which is to reply to the email confirming the date you want. You assumed you are attending the 5th June, which was a fully booked course. You called once and the admin team responded immediately by notifying you that this course is fully booked and we can put you on a future date. You now claim you made calls which were not answered which is incorrect.
Our company is an online training provider, which doesn't necessitate a psychical office location, however, we are always prompt in our telephone answering and emails. Our customers rate us 5* regularly and we take pride in always going above and beyond in creating interactive courses for our students. On this occasion, we feel your rating does not relate to an issue in our service, but rather it is a reflection of your attitude towards rules and regulations.
We still appreciate the feedback and hope you find a course which is more suited to your schedule. All the best.

He does that through emphasis on important points, revision of what we learned during the day and a recap on the following day. Perfect trainer for a difficult course
Trainer was extremely knowledgeable about all subjects, very helpful with any questions asked and made sure everything was explained and understood. The course was full of information and overwhelming at times but going into the test I felt confident due to the trainers guidance. Thank you to Lanre Dalemo.
