Dave cleared the blockage from the drain leading to our downstairs toilet, and did a camera search to ensure that there was nothing too serious happening underground. He was very polite and knowledgeable, as was Becky when I first contacted Merseyrod. Very impressive same-day service - barely four hours from phone call to issue resolved.

The member of staff was polite and took the time to explain what the problem was. I am very impressed with all the staff and I have asked for a quote for some work on my drain. All the staff have gained my trust.

Rang one day and booked in for the next day, it was only for a survey but far quicker than expected. The report was received within a couple of days and it provides plenty of detail so we can get our extension work started. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mersey Rod, they are professional and efficient service providers.

Absolutely great from beginning to end, would highly recommend them, I needed to locate a drain that was buried under my garage floor as had already wasted time digging thru concrete with no luck, they came out within a day or so, Andy did a great job and found the drain quickly, also gave me some advice around the job I was having done, great value for money too. We didn’t dare to think they might come out on Good Friday but 20 minutes after our call for help, Justin was here and had the job sorted in no time. He also gave us some good advice and all this while staying calm and friendly. Would recommend Mersey Rod to anyone with a drain problem.

Really prompt service, very nice and helpful person (Dave) attended. Only slight issue was surprise that our blockage was related to the kitchen sink - I think they are used to flushing external drains in the main, so he asked me to sign a disclaimer prior to using the power flush system inside and also couldn't use the camera cable to identify the site of the blockage (too wide to go down kitchen sink pipes apparently). Flushed and unblocked though, and all working fine since, so very happy with service overall.

Rang on a Sunday evening was seen first thing Monday morning. Gentleman who provided the service was so polite took about 30/40 minutes everywhere looks clear found the issue hopefully that’s it all sorted but gave us our options if any other issues arise, and all three bathrooms draining properly and not an issue since!
