We have used Safe IS for both our office fire risk assessment and annual fire extinguisher testing.

I have to say Nick, who performed our risk assessment was very professionals, but also made it an straightforward experience for us. He applied a very pragmatic approach, and gave us some good advice for improvement measures.

The Fire Warden training courses provided by SAFE.I.S are extremely well delivered and received. I have used the company for a Risk Assessment Report, and Fire extinguishers needed to be installed, they are capable and informed of all legislation in regard of this matter, but customer service is poor, they take a very long time to reply, and get appointments booked for the work to be done, the main thing that I was not happy about that they do not assess the job and quote for all the required work, charges comes in stages rather than provide the full picture.

A great service. Professional, efficient and a fair price. The assessor took time to make sure that we fully understood the process and any actions to be followed up. Thank you
