We have recently used Safe I.S Ltd for a Fire Risk Assessment. They were punctual, efficient and knowledgeable.
Communication was excellent throughout, from first call to completion.

Safe I.S delivered Fire Marshal training at our warehouse facility. The trainer was clear and knowledgeable. The clarity of the course content was great. Booking was seamless and efficient. There was no downside to this, we will be using Safe I.S again in the future.

The fire marshal training was solid and worth the time. The trainer knew the subject inside out and kept things clear and practical. No pointless filler, just the stuff we actually need to deal with real situations. Good pace, good explanations, and plenty of space for questions.

Everyone walked away knowing exactly what is expected of a fire marshal and how to handle the basics with confidence. Would recommend the trainer to any workplace that wants training that feels useful rather than box ticking.

Having paid for a fire door inspection, to be told that you don't do the remedial works and now found out other companies wont use third party reports is very disappointing and think we are going to go elsewhere, feels more of a money grab for a charity where money is tight.

The Engineer, Luc, was very positive and upbeat. He helped me by going over the weekly testing procedure as I wasn't 100% sure of procedure. Great job, thank you.
