I bought a course online from this company and they've taken it off of my account without telling me why and when I asked for help they're now ignoring my emails no matter how many times I ask them to. Please help me. I paid for Lifetime access to the konnakol course.
It seems that they've changed their business model to be a subscription service, but that's not what I paid for and that's not what I was originally sold and they should definitely be honouring that agreement but they are not. The course was; Author: Alex Ostapenko ; "Konnakol: Language of Rhythm"
^ I purchased this course in January 2023 and now i've come back to it to look at the content again and it has disappeared; but my access was sold as an evergreen product that I would have lifetime access to.

I have found in Sacrill excellent trainings for specific topics I was researching to dive into... I love this platform, it's easy to use, and it offers a lot. Highly recommended!
I bought the "Opening The Voice: Learn How to Sing Beautifully and Freely
I bought the "Opening The Voice: Learn How To Sing Beautifully & Freely" course with Niya Anastasia Arkhangelskaya. I loved the clear and simple explanations up to the point and the exercises as well, and specially practical topics like ressonance and the warming up exercises (these last in the Bonus Lesson), so necessary to prepare us to make sounds fully and safely.
Reconnecting Ouroboros
Around middle of February, I was unable to access the ouroboros course; apparently others had the same problem.
The Customer Support was considerate enough to contact me, and though it didn't work out at first, things are fine now.
Technical issues will crop up from time to time....

I ran into a problem when I wanted to buy a course as a gift for my niece. Thought I had to figure out a different birthday present, but thanks to the quick and excellent help from Pauline at customer support it was solved.

I bought a course on Sacrill for 19$…
I bought a course on Sacrill for 19$ that was marketed as having unlimited access and found out a week ago that they have been charging me for 6months now for a subscription I was not formally informed of. I’ve received in July an email from a billing company with an invoice of 69$ and checked my account and saw that the subscription was not active. Their invoices were going to spam and last Sunday I found out they directly debited 345$. I checked my account again and the subscription is NOT active. I read other reviews of people who had the same issue with Sacrill and I understand that they offer a free trial with automatic subscription afterwards if people do a free trial or hit mistakenly hit a button, but if that’s the case, how is the subscription on my account not active? And how would one cancel something that is not active? I sent them a refund request by email on November 25th and have not heard back from them.

I had bought a course that didn't work for me, but...
I had bought a course that didn't work for me. It simply was too advanced for me. Therefore I decided to cancel my subscription and wrote to the support. Fourteen days had passed already , so officially I was not entitled for a refund. I knew that. They were very sorry but instead of saying "goodbye" they offered me to choose any other course without having to pay for it. I think that's really nice. I had not expected that. Bravo for Sacrill.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon cours en ligne la qualité du contenu est très riche les vidéos sont très bien détaillée la coach aussi est àgreable tu as l’impression que vous êtes dans la même pièce , l’apprentissage est très fluide ..,et d’ailleurs qu’ont j’ai commencer le cours j’ai pas pu le terminer pour des raisons personnelles et après un ans je voulais le recommencer mais j’ai Carrément oublier mon mon accès , le support de sacrill m’ont guider et ils étaient très réactifs et opérationnel , avec leurs aide j’ai pu me reconnecter à nouveau encore une fois pour que je puise terminer mon cours dont j’ai l’accès toute la vie , je suis très satisfaite et j’encourage toute personne de vivre cette expérience surtout que le prix est pas du cher par rapport à la qualité des cours

I would give MINUS if I could! This is a SCAM! Avoid, avoid!!! I bought one course. Also got a 7 day free trial. After the 7 day trial it went over to a payed monthly memebership (I must have missed that...) but then I was offered lifetime access for 100 dollar (just a little bit more than a monthly payment, which I tought was a little bit strange, but since I have seen other companies do this I thought nothing more of it). I said yes, since the courses seemed good (even though I did not like the way they sneaked in the monthly membership thing...) but I heard nothing from the company. I emailed many times. I did not look at the courses during this time, since I tought I would have lifetime access and there was no rush... Before next month, I reached out again and said I wanted to cancel the membership on Sacrill + get the money back, since I did not get what I was offered. I sent several more emails. On sacrills site I saw that it looked like the problem was solved.... However, it turns out, they where now charging me in the name harmonyjingle. I looked it up and it looks like the same company. I emailed on the new emailadress I found and I have been in correspondence with them and they refuse to end my membership and refuse to give me my money back. This have been going on for several months now. The answers I get from them show me that they don´t read what I write properly, they don´t care and they want to stall this as long as possible. I have now asked my bank to give me a new card (so this scam company can´t take more money from me). I have also filed a police report, to maybe, maybe be able to get my money back this way. This have already taken me around 2 working days in total + a lot of anger and stress. Now I need to continue with the bank, the police + change all of my other payments for the new bank card. So it´s not even done yet! I have never been in contact with a company this bad before. They also stall by asking me to email different persons, with email adresses from different companys and when I asked about this, they did not reply on that..... I have sent A LOT of emails for several months, I have send copies of emails to other employes, I have tried to explain everything agian and again for them. I have never experienced a worse company before! I would also like to warn all the people offering their services on this site. As a company owner + course creator myself, I would never want to be accosiated with companies like this. They go by the name SACRILL / HARMONY MINGLE / FULL OF MIND / NEW MIND START - but it´s all the same website! Some of the answers on my emails was probably an AI reply, 70% of my emails they did not reply to and the rest of the answers was no answers: they did not answer my questions and they did not give me anything for all the trouble they caused. AND: Since they first charged me in the name of sacrill and then harmonyjingle, I suspect, that If I was able to end the harmonyjingle service, they would have just put me on the full of mind membership, then the new mind start etc.... (TRY TO) END YOUR SUBSCRIPTION & GET A NEW BANK CARD DIRECTLY, BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THIS WILL GO ON FOREVER IF YOU DON´T STOP THEM! Add on after I wrote this I saw on sacrills website that my membership is acctivated there again, so now they are gonna try to charge me from harmony jingle AND Sacrill. I have no words for this.... This is f-cking unacceptable!

UPDATE I did first contact about a refund within hours of realising payment had been made twice, but no reply. This has now all been resolved and the customer service has been great, once they made contact.
I have bought 2 courses, the first one I was charged twice for and never received a refund despite asking several times. The second course wont play on any device, this issue is still ongoing and yet to be resolved. The one course Mana Movement, was great, not worth being charged twice for though....

Scam !! Do something Sacrill, it's not normal to subscribe for one course and then be charged about 79USD/moth !!! for a membership I didn't ask or accepted being clearly informed !!! Everyone is complaining about the same here ! DO SOMETHING

Unwanted 7-day free trial
I bought one training from them and I automatically got a 7-day free trial subscription that I did not want. When the 7-day free trial went off they charged automatically 75euro and still don`t know what for if the subscription for 1 month is 21 dollars, there is no mentioning about the 75 euro on their website.

I am really upset and feel scammed.
I am really upset. I didn’t agree to anything and suddenly I have been charged for a subscription! I emailed customer service and haven’t heard back. This is a total scam. DO NOT even go to check out the website which is all I did. I wanted to sign up for one course and tried to but it didn’t work and the next thing I knew was I got charged on my card. I am sorry but I find it really disgusting that I have to post a review to get them to answer.
