Highly Recommended Scotland - Cornwall
We visited the Sawmill and was given a guided tour by John to look at the excellent displays. The communication from John was excellent, answering all our questions. Ordering was easy. Finalising a delivery date took time and was later than we were informed. The delivery driver called the day before to confirm a delivery and arrived in time. Due to our location he did an excellent job to unload our order. The Scotch Larch cladding has now been fitted and looks amazing. The recommended KompFix that was supplied was insufficient in quantity which was disappointing. However, the L-Go Fix A2MS screws were excellent quality (comment from the Joiner). We now wait to see the aging process.

Siberian larch purchase.
An experienced person showed me around the sales site, explaining everything fully. Once the order was made preparation and delivery were as promised. Everyone very obliging and the product chosen is gorgeous.

Quality product and hassle free experience from start to finish. Great showroom In Newtonmore with many flooring examples showcasing their products. Expert advice on every aspect and expedited by their own haulage which meant in knew exactly when the delivery was.

Beautiful product, professional service
After visiting the showroom in Newtonmore, we knew we wanted to use Russwood for our flooring in our home in Edinburgh. We asked for recommendations for a fitter local to us who we used - he turned out to be very good indeed. We had lots of questions about care of the finished product and the staff have been really helpful in providing us with advice on after care. Delighted with the end result!

All Good but inconsistent painting.
Very helpful in understanding my need. Clear instruction about payment and delivery. Goods delivered on time although no update were given for such long lead time. Delivered in good packaging.
Disappointed with the painting (important as these were for external use) workmanship. Very inconsistent throughout the length of the timber. Expected high quality painting for such a price. Natural wood colour appeared at both ends of the timber. Had to repaint manually!!

End trimming and cuts are standard practice in cladding and we supply additional touch-up paint free of charge to coat end grain on-site during installation.
