AI copies - stolen and not possible to actually make
The images of embroidery patterns are AI and not real or possible to recreate how they are in the picture. They have stolen artists' designs and made AI copies with AI instructions; the original patterns by the original artists are all on Etsy.

I ordered 6 Rubbyoo embroidery kits and was extremely disappointed. While the pricing is slightly lower than some other brands, the quality is not worth it. The thread colours I received were completely different to the guide images—one kit required 17 colours but only came with 7, none of which matched (some even clashed badly). The printed design on the fabric didn’t match the guide either, with detailed sections lumped together into a single block.
Shipping was very slow, and after receiving the kits I read more reviews—some alleging the company uses AI to replicate other artists’ designs, which would explain the mismatched and confusing results.
What’s even more alarming is Rubbyoo’s response to criticism—posting customers’ personal contact details online in retaliation for poor reviews. This is not just unprofessional, it’s threatening.
I’ve spent over $100 and am reluctant to return the items given their reputation. I’ll likely just head to a sewing store to buy better thread and try to salvage what I can. I do not recommend this company.

Wont do it again
The day i got the package the color on threading boards not only started peeling off but one of them broke in half. The kits themselves dont have comprehensive instructions and dont contain all the color thread used in the advertised images. These were entirely too expensive and took too long to arrive. Will never order from here again.

I ordered several kits
I ordered several kits. Did the first one and followed instructions to wash it when finished to get rid of the pattern I was following. The threads bled all over my finished piece and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't fix it. Waste of my time and money.
I'm updating my review because Rubbyoo customer service replied quickly and have tried to help with my problem. I'm now starting on another one of the kits and it's beautiful. Hoping this will turn out beautiful.

Shameful company who’ve ripped off an honest artist
First problem was that these kits are a direct rip off from a poor lady on Etsy. Her exact designs have been stolen and copied and sold at 1/3 price. I only realised this after purchase.
The second the item I ordered had the wrong coloured canvas. When I contacted them they offered me a 10% discount - lol.
The QR codes provided on the packaging takes you to a page that’s asks for money - only 0.01p but then they have your payment details….
Typed in the link instead one of which works the other does not so no instructions on how to use!
What a horrible dishonest company who make out they are one wholesome person trying to make a living when actually they have just ripped off exactly that.
These are mass produced in China.
The real creator of these beautiful designs is an Etsy shop called ‘HighCrafting’.
