Great customer service
I ordered two of the same kits and asked Rubbyoo about returning them. They offered me a refund without needing to return the two kits. I thought that was very Nice of them.

I’m really happy with Rubbyoo!
I’ve placed a couple of orders now with Rubbyoo and been very happy with the kits and the service. Both orders were around £80/£90 for 6 or 7 kits and I was delighted with the designs which are a bit more unusual and interesting than those that you can buy elsewhere. The kits include everything you need to complete them and I received my complete orders within 14 to 21 days of placing the order which is trackable if you use the Shop/Shopify app. I haven’t had any issues with colours bleeding into the background. What I do is rinse them in warm water to remove most of the rice paper and then wash them in the machine at 20 degrees on a 15 minute wash. The come out perfect and ready for pressing and framing. Overall, I’m really happy with Rubbyoo and enjoy their periodic emails including pictures of new kits and information on how to sew different embroidery stitches. Happy sewing!

Refuses to Give me Refund Information
Do not order from this company. I have explicitly requested refund information since 1/21/2026 and they refuse to send me the refund process, despite their website indicating to contact them for refunds!
They have a horrible return policy: if you open your items they are not eligible for refund, so they do not stand by their products that they rip off from artists on Etsy. They count on you not reading the policy, so when you open the item and discover the crappy quality and instructions that make no sense, you cant return it.
I saw these reviews after I made my purchase, unfortunately, and decided not to open any of my items at all and return them immediately because i do not want to do business with a company like this, and they refuse to give me the return instructions, and their english makes no sense, but they keep trying to convince me to keep the items!
I just filed a report to Paypal about this fraudulent company so I can get my money back. Im so upset I have to waste my time doing this. Do not order from here.

Waited over a month to receive my order. When it arrived, it was multiple, cheap items of clothing in dusty bags. I ordered craft kits... Not clothing. They then wanted me to take pictures and ship it back... to China. Still working to get my money back.

Never received my order
Placed my order on 12/11/2025. Tracking showed delivery on 1/15/2026, 23 days. I did not receive the package. I live in a rural area. I checked with neighbors and post office...nothing. I have asked for a refund from the company. Don't expect it to happen. Update: after 4 emails back and forth, they finally gave me a tracking number and that it was delivered by USPS. Made another trip to post office. The tracking number associated with package did not have my address on it. So it was delivered to somebody else. The post office would not give me any type of written proof. I emailed the company letting them know. They emailed me back and said that if I delete this review, they would send me the items again. No thank you!
Update #2: filed a dispute with my credit card company. When this company was notified I received another email saying that if I take down this post and cancel the dispute, they would resend the order. No Thank you!

If you still haven't received the package after checking, please ask USPS to issue an unsigned package certification, and then forward it to us, then we will resend you a new package for free.

I will never purchase here again
I will never purchase here again. This company is is China. The time from ordering till the time of receiving your items can be up to 14 business day which do not include weekends. I ordered items for Christmas on December 9th that did not arrive until 1 week after Christmas. If you are unsatisfied with items purchased at runnyyoo or rubbyroo you will have to pay for the return. I just left USPS and was advised that even if I take the lowest payment way of returning and lowering the value all the way down to $5 (true amount of purchase was $60) it would cost $38 as the address that will show on your delivery is not the address to return it to. The correct address for returns is in China. Most definitely not worth the purchase when you can purchase same items in the U. S. Purchase at your own risk

So disappointed. Poor instructions, off color thread and the tutorial link isn’t an actual YouTube video even though the link appeared to be one. youtu.be isn’t a YouTube extension so I didn’t attempt to find it. I read that these patterns might be copies of authentic kits found on Etsy so I went looking and sure enough, there they were. I even paid more and waited too long for the Rubbyoo. Damn.

Love these products, and they're so easy to make! Had their ads showing up everywhere on my socials, finally took the plunge - best call ever! The kits are really pretty and so easy to work with. I'm thrilled with what I got, will for sure but more later!

Happy with the kit and customer service
I don't understand all the negative comments. I received both kits I ordered within 2 weeks, packed well in a cute box. The instructions were complete via a QR code with a video showing how to do each stitch. Missing was instructions on how to transfer the pattern. I emailed them, they answered within a day that it was a peel and press sheet which you stick to the fabric, sew through, then wash off with warm water. All that worked perfectly with no bleeding of colors. One color in the package was off, it was more red than pink, but it was ok. I recommend in the future that they include instructions on how to use the peel and press sheet. I would order from them again.

Do not order from this company
I ordered a Christmas gift on November 23. The description said it would be delivered in 5-15 business days. The product came from China and didn't leave China until Dec 20, and arrived Dec 30. I contacted the company and told them the item arrived too late, and that I wanted to return it. They offered $5 if I would keep it and said I'd have to pay to return it. I told them this was ridiculous, as they had broken the agreement. They then offered $7 and provided a return address is China if I wanted to send it back. As far as I'm concerned, this company is a rip-off, and I will never buy from them again, and advise others not to order from them. Further, when I went to write a review on their website, it gave me a message that I couldn't write a review because I hadn't purchased the product. Very cute.
And now, their reply to this review was to ask for more information, but don't indicate what information they want or need. I have given them ample communication and chances to make this right via email. I'm done. They are worth no more of my time.

I do not recommend using this company.
When placing the order and looking online i was made to believe this was a UK run business which i was happy to order from to help reduce my carbon footprint . After ordering a embroidery kit I soon realised this was falsified/incorrect information and the company is based in hong-kong China.
I later received a suspicious text requesting more money for postage that was immediately flagged by my bank as fraudulent behaviour.

Items never delivered
I ordered multiple kits with frames and never received any of my items. I spent a good amount of money and have nothing to show for it. I asked for a refund and they said because the items have been sent out they can’t give me an refund and gave me a link to track. The tracking shows nothing happening for the past 2 weeks and it’s been well over a month since I originally placed the order. They really don’t seem to care either which is what makes me the most upset.

Very poorly packed and badly damaged
Never again. I hoped to give this embroidery kit as a gift, but it has finally arrived appallingly packed in a bit of cheap black plastic, and needless to say the box containing the embroidery is so badly damaged I cannot possibly give it as a gift. Very disappointed. I've been asked to provide more details. I'm afraid I have no confidence in providing any more personal information with a company I don't feel I can trust. They already have all the information they need.
