Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an order for 9 cabinets for a kitchenette I was installing in July 2020. All the cabinets I ordered were listed as in stock according to their website. Upon delivery 1 cabinet was listed as back ordered on the packing list. I immediately called customer service to try to find out when I could expect the missing cabinet. When you call customer service, you get a message stating you must leave name and phone number and they will call you back. I called and left a message every day for the 1st week and never received a call back. I also sent 2 emails that went unanswered. The following week I was sick of leaving messages, so I only called once. It took filing a complaint with The BBB to get them to finally respond to me. Their system said my order was fulfilled showing no back order and I would have to file a claim for a missing cabinet. (Had they had the courtesy and professionalism to just call me back, the process could have been sped up by two weeks). Finally received missing cabinet a month after original delivery. Absolutely awful customer service. I am starting construction on a new house this fall. This order was kind of a test to see if I was happy with these cabinets. While I was happy with the quality of the cabinets, I will NEVER do business with this company again.
Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! Absolute nightmare!! We ordered cabinets April 5th. Had only half of them ship out right away. They put the rest on backorder until mid May. When the May date came...they again backordered the rest till June. When the June date came around they again backordered them until July. This has repeated every month!! And now here we are in August with an unfinished Kitchen! Two weeks ago they confirmed all of our cabinets were finally in. Than a week later they said oh no sorry all but one are in and those in will ship within 5-7 days. 10 days later I heard nothing! So we called again and they said oh none are actually in and wont be untill 8/31. NOW they have the nerve to ask if we'd like to pick different cabinet sizes!!! All this even though when i placed the order they assured me they had no issues with getting bo cabinets in right away. This is totally unacceptable after almost 5 months to not have all the cabinets!

I ordered white shaker cabinets from this company because the company I normally order from had too long of a lead time.
BIG MISTAKE! I should have waited.
These cabinets are junk made in China. The plywood grade is not grade a. The paint job is terrible with anything that can scratch it. The MDF doors are just ready to chip with the slightest of bumps ( I mean the slightest).
The hardware is Chinese made also.
The routed groves for panels to fit in are very poorly done.
The instructions are TERRIBLE, luckily I have experience in cabinet making so I was able to figure it out. Yes, they do have videos but they do not match the assembly of the units.
I would stay far away from these imported pieces of junk.
Don't do it!
They used to have a great product and great customer service.
Their new cabinet design is poor at best. Their customer service is down
right fraudulent. Quality control does't exist. They DO NOT CARE ! I am going on 2 months of waiting for items that were promised in ten days.
If you deal with them you will get screwed. There should be negative stars

Thirty years in the construction…
Thirty years in the construction industry and this is by far the worst supplier issues that I have had. Save yourself the headaches. Whittling Hickory cabinets with a pocket knife would have been quicker than these folks.
Prior to placing my online order I made a phone call to inquire about availability and shipping. The guy on the phone was either a good liar or clueless.I made the order and they took all of the money right away.
After a couple days I received some confirmation and the original order was right on time. Great we completed the demo, including the kitchen sink. We met the truck driver at the curb to unload a single pallet. More than half of the order had been shorted with no notification whatsoever.
When I called the gal suggested that I make a shipping claim, I let her know that half a kitchen did not fall off of the top of the well shrink wrapped pallet. She asked for 48 hours to investigate. From there I got a bunch of BS and lies, obviously they have good caller ID they only answered my call 1 time, beyond that we called from my office and my wife's office every time we got a lie.
These are not the only folks that have these cabinets so after a few months I was calling around and the competition was honest enough the admit they did not have the inventory and would not take my money (integrity).
After nearly 3 months I did receive most of the of the other half of my kitchen but the final base cabinet landed at 2 days short of 5 months. Again with no communication other than the trucking company calling me.
So 5 months into this deal we can template for countertops.
If I had done this job for some little old lady down the street, I would have been drawn and quartered on the nextdoor app.

I received 2 orders the first order there were no issues that was in December 2019
The second order in February 2020 has been a night mare.

A manager finally returned my call
He said he had been fielding complaints all day and was tired
He promised to send the missing parts/‘hardware and handle the broken pieces for me
It is now going on 8 weeks. Nothing !

NO Customer Service
I ordered sample doors from this RTA store and another at the same time. I also returned the samples to each store on the same day. After paying $30 postage to ship the sample doors back 6 weeks ago (the other store provided a return label) I have yet to receive a refund (the other store refunded me weeks ago btw). I've called and emailed and cannot get a response. Of course the only way you can get someone on the phone is to pretend you want to place an order. As soon as they realize you're calling for something else they send you back to the line no one answers. This place has AWFUL customer service. I ordered my cabinets from rtastore.com and have had a GREAT experience from start to finish. I highly recommend you go there.
Looks like I'll be buying elsewhere
i ordered two sets of cabinets last year approx. april for my apartment building. They were a nice oak raised panel that matched my others in the building. I was pleased with the cabinets but it took 5 months to complete the order because of back orders they didn't tell me about until the cabinets didn't arrive. I made numerous phone calls and either didn't get call backs or got promises that didn't happen. AND glutton for punishment that I am, I am now trying to order that same configuration again so I can match my other apartments. So far I have made three phone calls and send one email with no return call or email.
So disappointed
So disappointed. We received 2/3rds of our order but 7 weeks on have not received the remainder of our kitchen. We have contacted customer service numerous times & have not received a response. We can't install what we have for fear of never receiving the rest. We spent $4,300 with them & it appears we've been scammed.
Placed an order on January 28th and…
Placed an order on January 28th and confirmed with a person that my order was in stock. It said it would be delivered February 12th. I contacted them on February 11th because it had not shipped. 2 days later, they contact me to let me know they only have half my order and there is no ETA on when they might get more. I got no apologies or obvious offer the make it up or an alternative line available.
Stay away if your project is time sensitive in any way!!!
Great product, but you'll only get half your order
I ordered 8k worth of cabinets. The design team was helpful although I eventually submitted everything myself. Then came the delivery. First of all a few cabinets were on back order. No problem, they will come in 2 weeks. Then the cabinets came later than expected, and 2 cabinets were damaged. Another 7 were added to 'back order' in the meantime for a total of 9 missing cabinets.
Each Monday I phone in and get told my cabinets will ship "that week". I submitted a claim for the damaged goods (I did not take them off the truck even though RTA told me I should of (which they wanted me to to remove their liability)) and they delivered one of the claims.
Now I get it, these products come from elsewhere and when they sell out, they sell out. Delivery orders are affected, etc. etc.. But don't lie to your customers. I am still missing the 7 cabinets from my original order and one from the claim. When I phone in I get the same person each week (5 Mondays in a row now starting 1 month after my original order, for 2 months total) and we joke about 'how have you been'. The issue comes where the story changes each week. Sometimes they admit I was missing 9 cabinets. Today they say only the one that was damaged is not delivered, but have to 'talk to the logistics person'. Either way this company lies through their teeth and will mess up your whole project. I'm now starting to worry that I will never get these last few cabinets and will have to go down the legal route to tell them to take them back because they could not deliver my whole order.
They simply don't care, they took the money ok but their answer would be 'we will refund you for the ones you don't have' - LIKE THAT HELPS ME.
An absolute disgrace of a company, if they just sorted out their customer service and logistics, the cabinets are sound, solid and I really like them. Isn't life ironic?
RTA Cabinets stay away!
RTA Cabinets cheap, filmsy crap! Do not buy these cabinets. The side panels do not line up with the top and bottom panels. I had to cut the side panels order to slide top bottom panels in. The screws supplied easy strip and the ones for the hinges snapped! The frame cracks easily.
STAY AWAY FROM RTA!
If you want to have a pain in the, go for it! If you want nice and easy transaction - STAY AWAY FROM RTA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

The whole purpose of ordering RTA cabinets is the fact that it will get shipped within 2-weeks. BEWARE: They will never ship cabinets even though they say in the website that it is in stock. Worst company ever, Very POOR response and customer service.

I would give negative stars if I could. Do not buy from RTA. They fail to tell you not all delivery is curbside. You find out after you order and receive email that their in route that "Deliveries are curbside and end of the truck. If Lift Gate can be used on your order, then the cabinets will be lowered to the ground. Orders with large items ship on over sized pallets and Lift Gate will not be able to be used." This was my email the day before freight company called me for delivery. By the way the freight company will not let you get in their truck to take cabinets out. Also freight company doesn't do pallets over 8 feet long on their lift gates. Hmmm . Yet they ship them on pallets that can not be used on lift gates leaving you to fight with freight company on how to get your cabinets. Also freight company if you can get them to let you take cabinets off back of truck which they hassle you for they charge you for holding up their delivery truck. Yet RTA says"Before you sign the delivery receipt, double check the proof of delivery receipt the driver has you sign. (Please see attached for urgent information regarding the delivery receipt.) If there are services checked off by the driver that were not used, please cross them out and note that the services were not used. If there is a special service checked off and signed for, you are responsible for the additional charges." So who pays driver th o sit and wait while you unload your boxes since they cant deliver curbside because pallets are to big. Why doesn't rta load them on smaller pallets so freight company can deliver them curbside. Or here is a bigge they should tell customers all this before they purchase not when the cupboards are in route for delivery. Also my cabinets were 2 weeks past the 8 week dead line they give. The first order was damaged during the shipment so now they say it will take an additional 8 weeks to get to me. They have offered no solutions so far for my additional wait. They blam their freight company though the pallets being to large was their fault. Not to mention the false information about curbside when purchasing. Furthermore the lack of information about paying drivers to sit their while you unload the boxes from truck. This is if they let you. It took a lot of hassle convincing the freight company to brake their rules and let us unload by hand. By the way, if you can do this, it takes more than 2 people. You want to do this fast since you get charged for driver waiting. Rta said this in that email when they shipped it" It is highly recommended to have at least 1-2 other people helping you break down and unload your order as the boxes can be extremely heavy." So they know already there pallets are to big but make it seem like no big deal. They dont tell you about fight with freight company to do it or the fact you will have to pay freight company while driver sits there . Dont buy from RTA they bold face lie. Picture is the first order falling off truck since pallet was to big for lift gate. RTA did nothing to help me. They let me wait 8 more weeks to deal with hassle of freight company trying to convince them to let me in truck to take the cabinets off. Yet get charged. RTA didn't even bother putting it on smaller pallets so lift gate can be used. Again freight company doesn't want customers inside of their truck. Yet life gate cant be used on big pallets. SO who's fault is this? Why should I pay driver to wait and had to wait 8 more weeks. Hmmmmmm RTA is a bad deal who doesn't let customers know stuff before hand nor takes responsibility.

Renea Johnson was wonderful. I just gave her the measurements and she designed my perfect kitchen. It was only a couple days from receiving the measurements to me ordering the cabinets.
I havent recieved them yet but dont expect any problems. My son remodeled his kitchen with this vompany and was very pleased.

Great experience - I worked with Ethan, one of their designers and he exceeded my expectations as far as design goes.
I got a tracking number after about 3 days and it took another 4 days to ship from there.
All in all, my wife and I were really happy with the windsor shaker cabinets we ordered - really nice quality
