I worked with Bonnie Gooden and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to return my emails. She helped me finalize my order and let me know the extra pieces that I needed to make my project complete.

I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but Justin was quickly able to put together a quote so I knew exactly what to order.

I sent in the correct measurements and they sent back a beautiful design which I approved. When my contractor went to install everything we realized that the cabinets they sent were too big for the measurements we had submitted.
Begging, and pleading for help is useless. They will NOT call you to brainstorm even after admitting their design was flawed. You’re just dead in the water with a kitchen that won’t work. Have to throw $5500 in the garbage and start over. Worst customer service on the face of the earth and I was even willing to pay for the correction, if they could send cabinets that actually work.

The order came quickly and was in good shape! The shipping com. I wasn't very pleased with the way they left the pallet on the street, after I helped him get it unloaded. He was very rude and refused to help get the 8' pallet off the street! I will ask for different carrier next time.

I send an excel sheet with approximate dimensions and the design team provided a detailed list of cabinet part numbers and a 3D model of the kitchen. I requested a change and received the response the next day. Great experience.

The quality of cabinets I received was good but the customer service experience with RTA cabinet store has been ridiculous! It took several months (and a partial order with another online dealer) to finally receive the correct order. Once assembled I realized one of the sink base doors is damaged so I filed a claim asking RTA to send me another. It’s been weeks and I have yet to receive any response. They absolutely never follow through.
Do yourself a favor and use a different online dealer.

If I could leave no stars I would . Worst experience buying online yet . There shippers have told me that my order will be delivered every day for 4 days now . Every time I call they say that they are scheduled for tomarow . Tomarow never comes . I've taken 3 days off waiting because they are coming by freight . I call RTA and they couldn't care less. You would have to be insane to deal with these people .

I've been using RTA Cabinet Store for a number of kitchen remodels and I've always been happy with both the turnaround time and quality of the cabinets. Real plywood boxes is such a huge improvement over the cabinets you get at the big box stores.

First time using RTA, I buy and sell homes and heard about this company, the product is made in Asia, its decent if you are willing to put up with "issues" First off, during the design don't expect them to offer up ideas, unless you did your homework and went through their website to know all their products they aren't going to give you design ideas. Things like slide outs, and trash bins were things that you need to bring up. If you want a simple change expect 3 days to hear back from them. My design took about 4 weeks to complete. Product was delivered quickly, like 5 days which was great but I planned on 6 weeks, so make sure you are ready to store it if it's in stock. My contractor didn't have a staple gun and never put these together before but he figured it out quickly and had them all together in 2 days, Remember that cost when buying them. Additional $1000. Now for the issues. My glide where product was never delivered, I had to open a claim for that, they ask if you inspected the shipment when you got it but no one is going to open up ever box. The designer didn't provide me enough trim to fill the gaps between the two fridges and to bring the crown molding up to the ceiling. (they rectified that and sent me out that out 8 days later) It was not until today that we found out that we needed a total of 36ft of crown molding and they only sent me 24ft (another designer error) After emailing Customer service manager Catherine Panetta, she said they would send me out one more 8ft at no charge (although I need 2 to complete the job, thanks for not really helping me since I need more) I never asked for anything for free but don't argue with me how much I need when you didn't get it correct the first time. Never once did I get an apology for ANY of their mistakes. Worst customer service ever considering I could be a client that could buy from them a few times a year. I will not be back as a customer.

Bonnie was great. Quickly turned around a design, revisions and quotes.

The person that helped me was really helpfully with my order and was very nice .

I own a custom cabinet shop for 24 years and in the business for over 30.
If i could give ZERO stars i would. I echo just about everything that has been said on this page.
I went to RTA because I saw their ads on many home improvement shows and received many emails with sales they were having. So i figured let me give them a shot on a small kitchen i was doing.

BIG MISTAKE!
I ordered white shaker cabinets preassembled because i didint want the hassel of assembly. I thought the cabinets were coming from Pennsylvania but they were coming directly from the manufacturer (innovation) in Dallas Texas.
These cabinets are pure garbage. everything about them is made in china. Junk Hardware, Junk plywood and probably assembled with illegal immigrants. Nothing but 18g brads holing them together. Two cabinets fell apart when i pulled them out of the box.
Customer service now on week 3 trying to process my claim.

Bottom line Run away from this firm and the manufacturer, Innovation cabinetry

Was sold an insurance policy in the event a cabinet was damaged or worn out, after going through a lengthy process the claim was denied because I lubricated the sticking draw slides.

Horrible customer service.

These cabinets are absolutely junk! I’ve been assembling and in installing cabinets for 10 years and this company is by far the worst I’ve done business with. Damaged and missing parts are just the start the overall quality is terrible. Don’t waste your money unless you don’t care about quality!

Horrible company! Horrible customer service! No response from anybody for weeks! I’ve received the wrong cabinets twice back to back and can not reach anyone from the company! STAY AWAY!!! Do not go through the headache pay the extra money to go with a better company. Thank me later!

Ordered several cabinets from the company they allow you 5 days I believe to inspect everything... I don't have time to unbox every cabinet and inspect it and have a big pile of wood and screws and then figure it all out and I don't have the room to separate 13 cabinets in separate piles.. took my chance and as I put them together I realized several doors had cracks and much of the hardware was missing... Do not buy from these people

Ordered cabinets about 3 months ago. Was told in stock order sent to warehouse. Around time of ship date was told toe kick was back ordered. (Why not sent rest of order). At time of that ship date was told the base cabinets were now back ordered, you guessed it at that ship date now told pantry cabinets are back ordered and need to wait another month. So they've had my money for several months and I have no cabinets. Why didn't I see these reviews before? I guess I need to contact out Attorney General, consumer fraud.

Obviously, this company doesn't read the reviews as there are no replies to them.
With the number of POOR reviews why on earth would I ever buy from them.

I accepted the risk of doing business with this company and now I regret it. I initially ordered three sample doors. When I received them one of the samples was the incorrect model. I went back to their website to contact them about it and that's when I discovered they have no phone number to call regarding orders or customer service. You have to file a claim and wait. I never heard back from them but did eventually received the correct sample.

I was hesitant to order from them after they managed to mess up a simple sample order and based off of all the negative reviews. I contacted the manufacturer of the model I like and unfortunately RTA Cabinet Store is the only distribute. I gambled and placed an order.

The order arrived yesterday, unannounced. Lucky for us we were home. Of the six cabinets I orders, one is the incorrect model and one is missing. I'm sure this is going to be a huge hassle. This company is completely incompetent.
