We couldn’t have been more impressed by both the survey and the service provided by RSG Surveyors. Richard spent 8 hours at the property and longer preparing the report which ran to over 80 pages and included detailed photographs and itemised estimated costings for suggested remedial work provided in a logical structured format which will be extremely useful for the structural engineer and builders. Immediately after the survey Richard rang and spent over 1 hr on the phone to me discussing and explaining his findings. There is a clear passion for the work and a high level of expertise and experience with a non defensive plain english approach which was very refreshing. Prompt and easy access for queries and aftercare was exemplary and I know I could ring Richard at any future date if needed further advice. Finally the service provided was very good value for money.

We were fortunate enough to have Richard recommended to us by a local architect firm and are grateful for such verbal commendation.
From the very first phonecall, nothing was too much trouble. Post-Covid seems to be under particular pressure currently in terms of even securing an appointment for a survey on a property. Richard reassured us he would act quickly and was true to his word. Within a week, we had discussed at length our choice of survey and within 48 hours we had the proposal / schedule and a date fixed in the diary for one week later. He is the consummate professional and gives his time generously, even after work scheduled hours to answer queries and to explain any issues etc. We really felt he 'went above and beyond' to reassure us.
