We were recommended Richard by a friend and we were not disappointed. We were very happy with the service received. He carried out the property survey and report very quickly and provided a detailed, thorough report within a couple of days. The report was very detailed but easy to follow and also included estimates of costs of any repairs the property may need in the future. We had a few questions about the condition of the property and Richard quickly answered our phone call and put or minds at ease and reassured us that the property we were purchasing was in a good condition.

Richard is very professional and very thorough. He is also pretty quick at getting the survey booked, mine were within a. couple of days and the report was only a couple of days after that. He keeps you informed of his progress ie appointment and completion of survey. The reports are comprehensive and understandable for a layman with plenty of pertinent pictures. Richard has done three surveys for me so far and I would recommend him to everyone.
