Im not the kind of person to complain but me and my family took our dog, Oakley, to kennel club thinking it would be a nice place for our dog to go to whilst we went to Dorset for 2 days. It looked cosy and comfy indoors, but little did we know, there was another part to this place. We had bones for our dog as he is a labrador and needs something to chew. But this is where it gets frustrating. So, we collected our dog after being on holiday and we came back to him looking terribly tired and a sore throat from barking. It was obvious that he didn't enjoy this experience and had been lied to because he hadnt been given his bones that he BIT THROUGH HIS HARNESS!!!! Not happy and won't be leaving our dog here with people who dont know how to really look after dogs that need more attention than they thought

Spoke with a lady called loren today,she was absolutely fantastic,nothing was too much trouble for her,dealt with my enquiry perfectly,she was a pleasure to deal with.

Today I had a query regarding an import registration, I spoke to Loren who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
She helped me with my initial enquiry and then sorted another problem that I merely mentioned briefly.
I’m very grateful for the help and advice

Very difficult contact. Long waiting time for the phone to be picked up. There is no possibility to send an email. Where can I find an email address? Not everyone has time to sit by the phone for hours. It is much easier to write an email, but there are no email addresses on the Kennel Club website. Lack of respect for customers.
