This is the absolute worst casino I've ever played at this one and all their sister casinos they do everything in their power to confuse and manipulate people almost to the point where they just give up on trying to get their money. After you go through all their hoops and hurdles they still come up with reason after reason after reason of why they can't send you their money. I had a check withdrawal that they for some reason couldn't even mail me a check then when I change my withdrawal method they come up with the excuse of my withdrawals been changed too many times after I change it because they requested me to change it Do not play at this casino.

Shady. Didn't have to log in to play. Tried to make a small withdrawal only to be asked for ID over and over and over and over and over. Very shady. Good luck doing business with this outfit.

Site does not pay out. Support is slower than slow

UPDATE IF YOU WITHDRAW YOU NO LONGER GET ANY COUPONS FREE PLAY NOTHING VIP1 STATUS GETS TAKEN AWAY AS WELL NO COMP POINTS EITHER DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE I WILL BE WITHDRAWING MY 2200 and going elsewhere

I just wanna say this is the best casino online yet !!! Won 2k payout was less than 72 hours with litecoin!!! I was shocked never thought I would received my winnings but I did !! Approved and paid !!! Awesome casino

I was taken for over $7000!
I sentchats and emails asking for explanation. They gave me an id #. Then I never heard anything!!

On 04/19/24 I had received a email from Royal Ace Casino with a redemption code for 50 free spins so I went ahead and redeemed them. The max that you can cash out according to the bonus code is $180. I ended up winning $142.71 and tried to make a withdrawal request, but it was asking for a verification deposit when it shouldn't be because I am already a depositor. So I reached out to live chat to see why and the lady tells me that my withdrawal will be denied because I have claimed multiple free chip in a row which I clearly did not I claimed free spins. Then she said that I had basically violated the casinos terms and conditions for free bonuses which I clearly did not. If your not eligible to redeem a bonus code the code will be rejected well it obviously wouldn't so therefore I was eligible for the spins. It honestly seems like they are looking for excuses not to payout and that's totally unacceptable.

This casino don't know how to do math and if you win they get so butt hurt they take it out of your account without your approval, sorry ass casino don't ever use real money there scandals thieves

Complete scam. Any inclave casino is a 100% scam. This inclave casino garbage needs to be removed from all searches. Do not do business with these people. You will never get any money from them. Wish I could meet these people in person and unscrew their heads and shove them up their ars.

This casino has been a GIGANTIC pain. Tried withdrawing $1000 about a week ago. A few days later after a lot of back and forth, they said I couldn’t withdraw via bitcoin and had to do a wire transfer. I told them I couldn’t because my credit union doesn’t accept international wires. So then, I went about using their “coin draw” withdrawal which is supposed to be “lightening fast”. After having to meet A LOT of criteria, such as: last bonus code must not be free chip, last deposit must be at least $100, last deposit must be via bitcoin, must have a Coinbase wallet set up, etc etc etc. I finally met the criteria and resubmitted a withdrawal request (this time for $2000). VERY Long story short, they declined it due to me not being a regular bitcoin depositor. I told them that NO WHERE does it state someone needs to be a “regular” bitcoin depositor. And they HAPPILY accepted my bitcoin PAYMENT, but won’t let me withdraw now. I am so incredibly upset and fed up with all of the back and forth and also zero communication about the process. I now have $3400 sitting there that I can not withdraw. Extremely upsetting. They are not giving me any other options for withdrawals either. If Royal ace cares to contact me, my username on their website is: wvgu2k5trs

They are not a good casino when it comes to payout. I've gotten the run around from the staff. One withdrawal I put in for was on the 7th and they just keep sending me in a circle of lies and I wouldn't recommend putting 50 cents in them corksuckers.

Not sure if I've played chips between deposit... I have over 1k to redeem but bf I do this.... IS THERE ANY WAY U CAN CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND SEE IF WHATS THE MAX TO REDEEM AND IF I QUALIFY TO REDEEM ALL OF MY WINNINGS ... I will be back to update stars during/between process.. thank you in advance

This company intentionally will create new rules to avoid having to pay out.
I'm a VIP player and have had issues withdrawing over a certain amount. I have a current withdrawal pending. I spoke to customer service Ronald Grant which I'm sure is a fake name. Who stated I can't withdraw via BITCOIN because I didn't deposit via BITCOIN. I've withdrawn via bitcoin before and definitely did not use it for my deposit.
He then stated I needed to cancel my withdrawal and request a new one. By doing that I would be mixing funds with my new current balance. Why would he tell me to do that. It's because they don't want to pay out.

Crazy enough I definitely followed all promotional rules to make sure my withdrawal went smoothly.

I think I'll attach my chat conversations so you all can see that this company is a SCAM.

Made a deposit then when I requested withdrawal still have not received and it’s been over a week. Recommend not to use.. I’ve emailed them over and over and have not got an answer

They are currently giving me the runaround, contradicting themselves and always coming up with something else I need to submit that they hadn’t mentioned prior. I’m pretty sure I’m getting scammed out of my $2500 winnings. This is seriously taking a toll on my mental well being , if I don’t get paid who knows what I’ll do.

I had 400 dollars on my withdrawable balance after I deposited monies requested for account verification 30 dollars I requested a withdrawal which was said to have been approved only to find out that their manager withdrew the monies for himself including my deposit I had left 10ndollars in the account which the so called scammers also withdrew now is 00bom the account I'm being told to deposit and try again wow what a useless bunch of bums royal Ace Casion

I used a free spin signup promotion and met the wager. I verified my identity and made my 10$ verification deposit. And requested a withdrawal. My withdrawal got approved but the only thing I’ve gotten sent to me is my verification deposit. Still waiting on the rest of my withdrawal. And it’s like impossible to get in touch with support via live chat or by email

There is one thing I've learned about online gambling after many bad experiences where casinos didn't want to pay me. This was not one of them. I've been ripped off by several casinos. One of them I spent thousands on and tried to cash out a measly $600 one time and never got my money. I didn't have that experience this time. But here's why...

I used crypto (LTC). Don't use credit cards. This is what holds up your money, and makes you jump through hoops when you want to redeem your winnings.

I used one of their first deposit bonuses with a low 10x wager amount.

I won 1K and literally got my money 25-30 minutes after playing on their site.

I noticed a lot of people, who played with free money given to them by the casino have complained. Come on people. Really? Ruining a reputation of a business because you didn't read the T&C's or think they owe you something?

If you think they owe you anything from a FREE chip they gave you... to entertain yourself for a while; then you're living under a rock or in some sort of unicorn world that isn't real. Please seek help for this matter it reeks of narcissism.

This is the first positive review I have ever left for a casino....it feels good to say something nice about one of them for a change.
