I'm in talks with them .they had 2 7-10 business day periods to pay me on the second set of business days on the tenth day I wrote them and asked them like * where's my money " and they said depending on the payment provider it could be some time still. I told them it should be quick I'm using bitcoin , it should take a few min . They replied they're talking about the provider they use . Anyhow now I get an email that someone else is attached to my Bitcoin account because I loaned my Bitcoin wallet to a girl because she had no idea how to use crypto . Anyhow none of that should matter because she actually never got the money . And it's not in their terms and conditions . They are using every excuse to prolong this, which is scary because it's only 100 I can't imagine winning some real money with this casino , you'd have to strong arm them to get anything - still not paid in California

First time on there platform I accepted a coupon for free sc. Completed the playthrough requirements and tried to withdraw my winnings and got denied. First reason was that I needed to deposit money first before I could withdraw. Saying that it is to verify my litecoin wallet. If you know anything about crypto then you know that wallets or an address to a wallet never needs to be verified. Once they realized i was a bit more knowledgeable about how crypto works they said that it's now because i have used multiple bonuses in a row without depositing. My first time ever on there platform. I told them I even made sure using the transaction History widget on there website to see if i ever been there before and forgot. Transaction History was blank except for today. There resonse was that the transaction history was not functioning properly. They are unprofessional scamming ass lying losers!

I was denied my withdrawal because I accepted 2 bonuses without depositing. That is a rule in their fine print but why would their website allow it. It won't allow other bonuses in a row. It allowed it and I won 1500$ and suddenly they won't pay. This place is a scam. It did take about a good month to get my money and i had to stay on them ,but they did come thru and paid me.They do need to make the pay out process as fast as they take our money .Fair is fair..Maybe the next win it will be a faster payout since we already went thru the process once.So all in all ive spent more money playing here and will continue to and i see no reason why you should not give them the benefit of the doubt and play here as well with confidence of getting your winnings..From reading alot of these negative post,and going thru what some of these other people had early on i belive that the majority of the negative reviews are because people dont understand about the play through,and how certain bonuses work when they do their bonus reversals .Before i understood how it all worked i was confused and thought what the hell ,and if you read the details of the bonus you chose you will see they are following the rules and not screwing you out of any winnings.The best thing to do is find a no play through bonus and you will like those terms alot better.last thing i will say is the 2 grand a week withdrawl limit is bullshit too.it should not matter if someone won 10 grand they should be allowed to cash out all at once ..which i found that out the hard way when i used a cupod and was unaware it had a 10 grand max cash out and i had hit a jackpot for over 16 grand which waas at anothe inclave site on here and then was inform only can cash out 2 grand a week ..i was a bit salty as id bee waiting a month to get every 2grand i with draw every week till i was paid in full.to me thats bullshit as well but like i said that was on another site on here..im just informing you about it as all these sites rules are the same .

This casino talked me into downloading coinbase making a deposit thru coinbase to withdraw my winnings on a tournament then wouldn't send me my winnings the casino scammed me if you ask me

THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Had a "no deposit" sign up chip credit, played through their RIDICULOUS 40x amount, won $30 by the end of it; then it was required to do a minimum DEPOSIT of $10 to withdraw, 'which can be withdrawn with the $30 winnings'.
okay, whatever. Did that and now 4 days after getting through document verification, i request my lil $41, ONLY FOR MY $11 deposit to be sent back!

Update...since I posted this, my transaction history suddenly reappeared

Requested a withdrawal on December 3, 2024. Recieved and email stating that my withdrawal request had been recoeved. I reached out to my VIP host to confirm no further account verification was necessary I. Which the host verified my account was good to go. I recieved a followup email that confirmed my funds were on the way. I waited the 7-10 days according to the terms and conditions and received nothing. I reached out to the VIP host again on December 19th who then stated that my account needed to be verified and that I needed to submit a current bank statement. I provided the bank statement and immediately received a call from the VIP host who stated that my withdrawal was immediately approved, however due to the holidays there may be a delay in payment so I would need to wait the 7-10 day waiting period again. It is now January 23,2025 and still no payment. I have spoken with my assigned VIP host as well as countless other VIP account managers who continue to inform that the payment was issued to the third party payment provider on January 19th and that once the payment is sent to the provider the timeframe for receipt is dependent on the providers limitations and that they were extremely delayed due to a backlog in requested withdrwals. I have been told numerous times that the issue has been escalated to the finance team and to check back in 48-72 hours. Each time I follow-up they assure me that my $2500 withdrawal will be paid and ask me to be patient a little longer. I have recieved a escalation code via emailing the help email provided with a notification stating they will again that it takes up to 72 hours for followup yet still no response. My transaction history shows that a wire transfer was approved and then canceled on December 20th. When I inquired I was informed to ignore it and again assured my withdrawal request had been sent to the payment providers and was still pending payment. I have detailed documentation of downloaded chats, screenshot, and emails but still have yet to be paid. Needless to say this is my third time going through hassle of delayed withdrawals from Royal Ace Casino. Royal Ace needs to honor their terms and conditions and forward payment for funds that were rightfully won.

And basically run your deposit down low enough that a few wins and a bunch of lower than bet amount wins and they feel like they did a solid. Requested a withdrawal of $2500 on 11/24/2024- my funds are being withheld at this point. It keeps getting “escalated” per chat help. Which I check back to no update. At first this place was the best online casino I’ve ever played, but beware once you win you will be treated like nothing.
