I emailed numerous tomes to see if iwas ordering the roght color and got no response
I have a 24 Stumpjumper Comp smoke/coolgrey but when i put info in website closest i got was the Stumpjumper Evo satin smoke I hope its the right color

The color does not match the bike. The paint provided is more grey than the Specialized Clay color on the bike.

It was very easy to find my bike in the database. Shipping to Germany took 1.5 weeks. The instructions in Germany were extremely helpful and precise.

Never receive touch up paint. Tried to contact company three times but no communications.

Es war total einfach mein Fahrrad in der Datenbank zu finden. Der Versand nach Deutschland hat etwa 1,5 Wochen gedauert. Die Anweisungen auf Deutsch waren super hilfreich und präzise.

Color match was about 90% Not perfect but still the best product I have seen. Would definitely recommend

Had some questions about which paint to buy, Customer Service was quick to answer my questions. The paint arrived about 2 weeks after I bought it. On the package is a QR code guiding you to the instructions, which were very helpful. The paint repair on my Focus Jam was pretty awesome. Overall a great experience buying from them.

C'était super facile de trouver mon vélo dans la base de données. La livrison en France a pris environ une semaine et demie. Les instructions en français étaient trés utiles et précises.

Worst ecommerce purchase ever. No shipping delivery time was available so, after 1 week without any info (no phone number available, no FB messages answers) I wrote to Olaf that after some days finally answered. I specified that I was going to be not present at home for a long time and if was possible to have a tracking number or change delivery address. He answered that change of the address was possbile so I provided the new address. After some other days he wrote me that they made a mistake and the parcell was shipped to the old address, I asked what to do but never get a feedback. As per it is today I have no parcell (orde placed 1 month ago) and Olaff did not answered anymore. So basically I lost my money. NEVER EVER EVER. IT'S INCRWDIBLE HOW THEY KEEP SELLING WITH SUCH OWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I never received the paint. I had 2 orders with Rotaris. One was shipped thru FedEx and the other one thru USPS. I received the one shipped via USPS but never received the one shipped via FedEx. I sent an email to Rotaris asking them to find out why I never received it. All they did was look at the latest tracking. I had already done that. It was lost in Tennessee somewhere. They provided no help. I lost the money I spent on the paint.
