Not what I needed
Shipping was straightforward.
The bike I was touching up had 3 colors- I assumed I would be be getting all three since the description didn't specify. The color I got wasn't the one I needed (it wasn't even necessarily the most prominent color on the bike).
Since the products are only sorted by bike model/color, the product description should clearly specify which color is being provided for the bike presented.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Package lost in transit with no reply when requesting assistance from company. Can’t comment on the product as it never arrived, won’t bother trying ordering again.

Great company sadly paint didn't match
The communication with the company and the shipping of the product is fantastic. Unfortunately both paints I ordered did not match my two bikes. My first order was for my specialized E5 comp gravel bike. The color Maroon. The color was close but slightly too red when I applied it. No amount of adding additional coats could make the color darker. I contacted the company and they were awesome with their response and refunded the money. I saw that they had the color, black magic, for my Cannondale SuperSix Evo so I ordered it thinking that since black magic is a dark gray glitter paint, the color would match extremely close. Unfortunately when the product arrived, the tube looked too black so I tested it on scrap metal. I did primer, paint, clear gloss and unfortunately the color sent is just black, no glitter. I've contacted the company and am waiting for instructions to return the paint.
