I emailed and requested a new shipping address do to your manufacturing delay! But instead you shipped it to the original. Which now means I have to product and have to deal with acquiring my order! I had received confirmation of the change of shipping address but it still went to the original.

The Redwood paint that I ordered for my 2021 Specialized was a near perfect match and has repaired my damage really well. I ordered the undercoat with it and it also came with a gloss coat to finish, was a slight delay in despatch but when I enquired about it I was dealt with promptly and the reason for delay explained to me.

Good kit, blends well

Paint did not match my bike. Essentially wasted 50 bucks.

While it took a while for the order to arrive, it was worth the wait. Great products that perfectly match my bike.

Don't charge a fortune for a colour that don't match when it's dry

Ordered paint touchup on Dec17th. As of Jan 7th, the tracking shows the item has not left the Rotterdam post office. Multiple emails to Rotaris requesting additional information have gone unanswered. Maybe my product will show up, someday. In comparison I've had multiple orders for larger items from Germany at the same time. All have arrived within a week. Customer service is non existent.

La teinte ne correspond que très vaguement a l'original pourtant soi disant agréée par le constructeur.
Très cher pour ce que c'est. Vraiment déçu, j'aurai fais mieux en faisant moi meme ma teinte avec de la peinture pour modélisme.

I ordered about a month ago and I still haven't received it and I don't really know the status of the order. For me, fast delivery is an inseparable part of the quality of service. I don't have an opinion on the product yet because I haven't received it yet.

I ordered some touch up paint for my two tone bike however only one paint pot came in the post. when I contacted them they said they only ship one primary colour (even on two tone bikes)to reduce cost so as a result I had to spend more to get the colour I actually needed. I think it’s quite misleading that this was not stated on the listing of the paint as I was fully expecting to receive two paint pots.

I ordered paint for my bike. White with a pearl finish. Including primer.

It looked all good when I got it but after applying a first test on a spare tube.
To see how to apply it and see the result. I found out, paint is water-based. So not usable when trying to get the best result with tough-up paint.

This is not the way to repair your bike.
