Just wrote another check for Ross and Liddle it’s the worst factor out there 70 Craigpark in Dennistoun been ripped off by this factor for roofing repairs they charged us Nearly £200 between the other tenants for two screws on the bannister this factor just has a license to print money I don’t know how the law doesn’t investigate them

This review is solely about the CHAT function, specifically with Nicole. She was prompt, polite and efficient.
I am not a fan of this facility, much more can be said and achieved in a much shorter time with more detail being exchanged more accurately use person to person conversation.
But on this occassion it was satisfactory.

Excellent service
I live in a property managed my R&L and have needed several repairs or maintence issues addressed and they are always extremely helpful amd quick to respond.
Today I was reporting a repair to a communal space and spoke with Paige who managed to organise the job extremely quickly. I had no wait to speak to anyone and Paige was very friendly and professional.

Absolutely useless. They have no idea what they’re doing, and will lie and mislead to cover their inadequacies - of which there are many. Avoid if you can.
