I ordered a dress and it looked very cheap and small. I returned it and realized that this is a company n China. Returning the item, I had to pay customs in China and the company made me pay 14£ to their own account to process the return. It has been almost a month and I still didn't get my refund. They keep saying theire is a delay in Shopify systems and they processed the return on their side. It is unaccaptable. They not only robbed me of the dress price but also I had to pay customs fee for nothing.

Ordered items for an event with two weeks notice. Processing advertised as same or next day, with 5-7 business days delivery. Item sat with Rosa Mae for 6 days before finally being shipped. Items didn’t arrive for event, Road Mae refusing to refund full value of items, postage and duties. Now having to look at credit card chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Message to see if I could get express shipping. Unfortunately they do not however the package came earlier than expected! They contacted me straight away and the dress came out perfect! Would buy again

Received a completely different dress than what was in the online photos. So different, it was nearly comical. When I requested a refund with photographic proof they tried to offer me store credit, which is not mentioned in their refund policy. Eventually, after much persistence, a return was offered.

I’d assume with their expensive price tags this couldn’t possibly be a scam, I was wrong!

Absolutely disgraceful service, none of the dresses were the quality I’d hoped for, I arranged and paid over £20 for the return and have still never received a refund of over £100 worth of dresses. Dresses aren’t worth the price and it’s definitely not worth the hassle trying to get a refund as you’ll likely never get one, like I’m finding 6 months later

I was suprised how fast the shipping was, only 2 days! The dress fits perfect, true to size, and the packaging looked so cute. Honestly nothing to complain about

Reached out because they initially don't deliver in the Netherlands and I'm here for 2 months for my study. Support was SUPER helpful, they created a payment link for me to order, product arived about 5/6 days later and is absolutely fantastic quality.

Would definitely order again!

Website says "Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing" but I ordered mine on the 5th September and it wasn't delivered until the 17th. I ordered the invisible knickers and they weren't a great fit for me. But their customer service is good and I received a refund.

Basically they’re just trying to scam you.

Summary:

- awful materials, not reflected in the price. It should be SHEIN prices
- products come from china so it takes forever (unlike SHEIN)
- if you want to return you have to send the parcel back to china & pay for postage & any customs costs
- they try to do everything they can to stop you from returning by offering a 30% refund to keep the clothes
- there is no returns portal, you have to email them to sort it. Their CS are very responsive and that’s the only thing I can say in their defence

I ordered the Ysolde Lace Up Maxi Dress and I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The quality is poor, and the sizing chart is completely inaccurate. I even sized up according to your chart, and the dress is still too small. This is especially upsetting because I purchased it for my elopement, I wanted something simple yet elegant instead of a traditional wedding dress. Unfortunately, the material is anything but elegant. If I wanted a cheaply made dress, I could have gone to Shein.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered three things from here and the quality is worse than SHEIN but the price is ridiculous comparatively. Very thin material, and cheaply made. The fit of the clothes is not accurate and neither are the pictures.

I ordered a dress from Rosa Mae and what I received was nothing like the photos shown on their website. The pictures they use are stolen or fake, and the dress that arrived was extremely poor quality, made from cheap material, and completely different from what was advertised.
This company engages in false advertising, which is illegal in the United States. I already paid for shipping, and now they are trying to scam me into paying even more just to return it. That is unacceptable.
I’ve requested a full refund and made it clear that I will not tolerate being tricked out of my money. Shoppers deserve honesty, and this company should be ashamed of their fraudulent practices.
Do not waste your time or money with Rosa Mae. You’ll lose your money and end up with a poorly made product that looks nothing like the pictures.

Terrible dress, nothing like the description on the website, cheaply made plastic dress and very clearly not a "small clothing business"... shipping came straight from factory in China (which I wouldnt have an issue with if i wasnt paying $90 for a terrible dress)

this company is SO SO BAD! i needed a dress for a wedding, brought with enough time for it to arrive, but it didn’t arrive in time, in fact it nearly arrive 2 weeks late. so i had to buy another dress (not from this place) i didn’t need it anymore, so i requested a refund and was told i could have a partial refund to spend in the store however nothing would even calculate or come close to being the same amount of the partial refund, so i opted for the full refund, which i was prepared to pay standard p&p for, however i was charged £26 to return. this company in full has charged £43 for the dress, and £26 for p&p? just feels a little unfair to me that a company has managed to get this much money from a dress that was late, never used, and had to be returned? conclusion to this, i really wouldn’t buy from here if you want things to arrive on time and don’t want to pay an absolute fortune for P&P

The item I ordered didn’t quite meet my expectations, but the customer service team has been great. They reached out right away, apologized, and quickly processed a full refund. I really appreciate how kind and responsive they’ve been throughout the process.

Material was cheap and poor quality - when I tried to return the items I ordered, I was told I had to pay for tracked shipping back to China - which cost well over $70 just to return two dresses. Be careful before you order!

The dress was such a cheap material and looked hardly anything like the picture advertised.
I’ve emailed them to start the process of a return and funnily enough not had a reply from them.
I need to return the dress and get my money back immediately.

I received the dress Fiorella in white a couple days ago. I’m honestly so disappointed at the dress because I wanted to use it as my reception dress on my wedding but the fabric is so different from the picture, and even see through. I genuinely thought I found the one.

Bought the Nerissa lace black maxi dress for $159.90 for my 21st. It looks completely different to the picture, the lace is thin, making it look less black and washed out, making it more of an ash colour due to the cream underlining being very clearly showing through- more than the photo illustrates. Additionally it is in a very tight fabric with no give and sizes smaller than I expected. The quality and packing resembles shein. I regret wasting $159 of my money ok it.
