Ordered two dress’s only one of them came this was over two months ago! I’ve emailed consistently and just been ignored over and over again, definitely a scam as I have spoken to other people with the same experience
I bought a dress online based on a photo. However dress arrived resembling the dress in photo but with many specs missing - it was as if someone attempted to copy the dress but not 100%. Company has offered me a laughable 10% refund despite acknowledging dress is not as described. Avoid this company at all cost. I suspect something dubious here
Dress cost me £50, it was nothing like the pictures. Quality was terrible !
Asked for a refund , they emailed back saying they can only give 10% refund and will not refund the rest or accept the order back! Scam website using ai to make dresses look good. Should make it clear on the website they don’t accept returns. Won’t be ordering from here again. Also took over 2 weeks for dress to arrive
Everything is marked as final sale so refunds are not given. This goes against the Consumer Rights Act.
Products are not of the quality stated and the pictures on the website are taken from a more reputable site.
Please avoid this company at all cost!
They don’t accept refund and offer a 10% refund which is a joke. The dress looked very cheaply made considering it was £50 in the ‘sale’.
I brought two dresses from here not been used at all email the company 5 times no reply spent about £120 . DO NOT ORDER FROM
HERE
Avoid this company at all costs - it's not worth it!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered 4 dresses and two fit but two do not so I wanted to return those two.
I looked into their return / refund policy and their website and it states that items need to be returned within 30 days of ordering. However, the order took three weeks to arrive, and no one replied to my initial email so I was concerned that this deadline was fast approaching.
They also only process refunds via email - which doesn't make sense when they don't reply to their emails (what a surprise)
As this was an online purchase, I understand that I also have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow consumers to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, regardless of the reason for return.
I have emailed them 5 times and still no response. it's absolutely outrageous to ghost a customer who just simply wants to make a return.
I spent over £100 with this company and am so upset that no one has taken the time to respond to any of my emails.
Save your money and shop with a better known brand. This is 100% a scam.
