I've ordered 3 things from them and only received 2 of them. I've emailed them and they go around my question about the bibe in a year that i ordered that was suppose to be shipped. They just keep talking about my 2 digital items. I placed my order February 22nd and started emailing them on March 2nd.

I didn't realize hoe frustrated I was until I found this. I've owned a Bible for years, but I'd open it and feel stuck within minutes. Sent for a bible 2months ago the bible was £15 but they billed me with another £21.60 which I told them I did not want I am now £36.60 out of pocket, they are not accepting my E-mails I have tried several times to get in touch with the company , there does not seem to be a phone no for them

This is all digital. They mislead you by showing the "book" and materials but clearly not telling the public you will Not receive anything but a dq++a@s××¹
Mbdownload for a pricey charge. I have never downloaded the material.
They will Not refund my money after several attempts. I am an older woman on ss and I do not do well with downloads printing etc. They offer a 90day return which they are not honoring. This is definitely not a way to help people grow in their faith.
They honored the money back return after 3 emails.

Incredible Resource for Bible Study
The level of detail in this book is amazing, and the digital format makes it super easy to access whenever I need it. I think that this is a scam. First of all, I didn’t know that the book was going to be printable. I only ordered the so call book, which I never downloaded and I got a monthly subscription, which I didn’t sign up for. I have gotten charged twice. I emailed them for a refund and the only email I have gotten was that they were going to cancel my subscription. I have since been charged once again. On facebook they give you impressions that you will get a printable copy like normal facebook purchases. The price they charge you for the printable will eventually cost you about the same having it printed on your own.

I ordered a copy of The Word Made Clear for $18.99 and 2 days later, I was charged $29 for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for and then another charge that I didn't authorize. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent further charges. My order still hasn't shipped. I'm afraid this may be a scam.

Purchased supposedly a book form not until later posted digitally? Emailed twice to say I need the printed book not digital otherwise kindly refund, no answer from my two emails, clearly says on the invoice to email if there's an issue, not a word or response, called my bank and have it cancelled all together, company has no posted address or phone number, its a shame that its another scamming website which supposedly christian based!

Bought a copy of one of their books for…
UPDATE pt. 3: After posting my pt. 2 update, I was given a full refund with no correspondence or explanation. Just happy I was able to get my money back.
UPDATE pt. 2: Emailed the company at the email left below. Still haven't received anything but an automated "Thank you for reaching out." Book still hasn't arrived and no refund for the subscription I didn't sign up for. Link to cancel subscription on the website still doesn't work.
UPDATE pt1: The email provided on their website comes back as undeliverable when you send an email.
Bought a copy of one of their books for $18. The next day I was charged $29 for a subscription that I did not sign up for. Cancelation link would not work. Emailed company and have not heard back. Calling the bank to cancel my card.

I paid £15 for a copy of an alternative way to read the bible. I thought i was buying a pysical book. However i got notification it had been delivered so i emailed them to say it hadnt arrived.
Within an hour i got a download of the "book" so i clearly have to now get it printed off. No where did it say it was just a download. Im very disapointed that this was missleading.
