Very misleading. There was a picture of books on the website. I was also charged more than was on the website. I was charged twice. I want to be reimbursed, but I know that won’t happen!

The same situation as most others have share. Stay away from this company!
Clicked on an ad promoting a physical book - arrived at a product page which again seemed to be promoting a physical book (nowhere on the product page can you find that it is supposed to be for a digital download). There seemed to have been a good sale and they used a scarcity time so I bought the product hastily, only to find out I was scammed and only bought a 'digital copy'
The customer service is a joke, because even though they claim a 90 day satisfaction guarantee or you get a refund, they don't want to honor there own policies.
After many emails back and forth they will only offer a 50% refund so now I will take it upon myself to claim a chargeback.
I recommend everyone that got scammed by them to do the same and also report their facebook page. It is shameful to run a scam targeting Christians in this way.

Total scam artists with unethical business practices
I too, have been scammed by this company. I bought the book which was advertised on Facebook, only to find it's just a digital copy and I've been signed up to a monthly payment which I didn't want or ask for. I've sent many emails trying to rectify this, but always received the same generic reply. It's false advertising and possibly illegal and certainly unethical. I'd give it less than zero if I could. Total scammers. Disgusting........... Since posting this review I have been in protracted email contact with this company and they have agreed to refund 50% of the money they took from my account. I don't think this is right, as I never requested the downloaded book or the subscription, and I think I should be entitled to a 100% refund, but they're obviously not going to do this, and I've had to accept 50% refund. If they had refunded the full 100% I would have deleted this review, but as they haven't, I won't. Beware of this company, they're extremely unethical.

Unethical business practice
I placed an order online on Facebook not knowing it’s a digital copy. On Facebook’s website, it’s advertising physical copy, and it doesn’t specify that they are selling digital books. It’s misleading the consumer. I sent them an email and asked them to cancel the order. However, they refused to either cancel or refund the order. The way they are doing business is unethical.
There is a problem on their Facebook page. On the Facebook page, the item shown is a physical book. It does not specify the item they are selling is a digital copy. There is no option to choose a physical copy. It’s very much digging a hole for consumers to fall for thinking they are getting a physical copy while offering a digital copy. Description has no transparency, misleading and unethical!!!

Scam. Signed me up for a mi they subscription and I specifically unchecked the box. Two days later they charged my card and said there is a 48 hour window that I missed to cancel. Total scam avoid at all cost. They are complete fraud artists. Charged my card for another order two days after my initial order. It looks like they put me on a monthly subscription for $29.00 a month that I did not sign up for. My initial order was for a book and I was given a PDF download instead.

yes, I also ordered what I believed to be two Bible books for my children.. they took the payment immediately and I have been trying to contact them and my credit card company to get my money back...also sending me tons of Emails... Very annoyed at myself for falling for this scam

So I bought this off of f.b. Never received anything on my email I paid for the 18.95 special and nothing it shows money was taking out from my bank account. The post I got mine from was rooted in faith . It you go on the link that took my money I google it it has the tree of life on top than you open it and it has Jesus with a lamb and a big cane stick . And my payment for one of its teaching is still on there 65 percent off. It’s ran by a different company that makes other products. Shame on this rootedinfaith.
