Love the products for my natural hair-out of all the truly natural brands, this one works best. My only criticism is that it takes a while to navigate the website and find the products you need.

Order place on 24th September not received
I placed an order on 24th September, but the Honey Rain Juice Family Pack was missing. My delivery note said it would arrive the following week. It didn't so I emailed customer service. Auto reply saying my message was received but no response from them. I followed up a phone call to them and was informed it would be sent on 20th October, yet I’m still waiting and again no comms from them. I’ve emailed again today to request a refund. Very disappointed with the lack of communication from them and long delay. I'm posting here in the hope that they refund me in a timely way after how long this has taken and hope others take heed

Hi Adeana, we do apologise for the delay, we have shipped the order, it appears the missing item in question, that you were told would be delayed, was delayed slightly longer, we do not recall any email requesyting a refund, we have also spoken to you on the phone. This is not the norm for our business and whilst it was very frustrating for you we fully appreciate that, we have also shipped you an additional item for the delay.

The order was wrong, I was sent 2 conditioners instead of shampoos. I’ve emailed with no reply.

Order never came!
Placed an order 2 weeks ago, no update despite saying on their website it ships within 2 days. Emailed twice, contacted on instagram absolutely no response at all. Thought it was a scam as only got this company served to me via insta. Contacted bank for refund as it’s clear I won’t be getting my product. Zero customer service not even an email to say it will be delayed. Avoid!!!

My order didn't arrive so I contacted Root2tip. They sent out another order that was incomplete and had an item missing. They also sent out a different order that I had already received and didn't need. I offered to send back the order I don't need and asked for the missing item to be sent. This still hasn't been resolved 2 weeks later. I'm disappointed as this isn't the level of service I usually receive from them.
It would be helpful for someone to contact me directly with an explanation/update as I still need my missing item to be sent!

Your order was being held at the Royal mail depot, we chased this up and found out for you, it was not a shipping issue on our end. We have spoken to you by phone an also sent you a complimentary item.

Good experience with Root2tip
My experience with Root2Tip was excellent. The delivery was punctual, arriving exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. The ordering process was straightforward and hassle-free. The products I received matched the descriptions perfectly, and they turned out to be excellent for their intended purpose. Overall, I had a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

Root2tip is the best!
Root2tip is a firm favourite in our house. Me and my children use the Honey Rain Juice and it has really worked wonders during the hot days - I have no regrets about my subscription. Our hair is grateful!
The company is brilliant. It’s obvious they care and bring a personal touch to everything. I also love supporting black owned businesses and hope Root2tip continues to thrive
