Very disappointed
I was waiting for delivery 2 weeks. first time the roof was broken. I wait for delivery again and I hope to be ok. I was very disappointed because they told me delivery it's in 3,4 working days.

Thank you for your review, and thank you for your time on the phone.
We are sorry your roof sheets are damaged. Although we do all we can to avoid this with packaging and labelling, occasionally damage in transit does happen.
As this was reported to us straight away, supported with clear images, we were able to request replacements be sent out as quickly as possible.
Although damaged, the delivery was attempted within our advertised 3-5 working day lead time - on the 5th working day after the order was placed.
We do understand that there was some miscommunication as to when delivery would be made, so we apologise again for that, the particular depot of the courier used to deliver your goods was experiencing some delays which did affect your order.
We will continue to communicate to you via the current channels used as to when the replacement sheets will be with you.

delivery assistance
They helped with the delivery as I was not able to be there. Delivered OK and put in a safe place. Then rang to say delivered and where it was.

In the early part of April I ordered…
In the early part of April I ordered some corrugated plastic from Roofing Ventilation, the goods arrived on the specified day, the delivery driver was polite and helpful.
I was really pleased with the quality of the goods and I would recommend Roofing Ventilation.
I now have a perfectly good greenhouse and the corrugated plastic is doing a great job.
