In the early part of April I ordered…
In the early part of April I ordered some corrugated plastic from Roofing Ventilation, the goods arrived on the specified day, the delivery driver was polite and helpful.
I was really pleased with the quality of the goods and I would recommend Roofing Ventilation.
I now have a perfectly good greenhouse and the corrugated plastic is doing a great job.

damaged delivery - waiting to hear about replacement
When the carrier delivered the packaging was flapping open at one end and the corners of the polycarb sheet we smashed on one corner. Have reported, have heard nothing. Am stuck with damaged sheets and a shed covered with a temp tarp. no notification about replacement. hopeless.

Firstly, we apologise that you have experienced delays with this order and thank you for bringing this to our attention. As soon as we received the email from yourself around 1pm yesterday we began our investigation into why delivery was delayed. We were unaware of the issue before we heard from yourself and therefore it was not being looked at before this time.
Having looked into the issue now, we can see the order was shipped directly from the manufacturer and there seems to have been an unexpected delay with the courier. We understand that this unacceptable and please rest assured this is being looked into and you should receive your order by the end of this week.

Great quality
The goods are top quality and easy to order, the communication could be better tried to ring and got an answering machine took 24 hours to answer email. 3 to 5 day delivery is optimistic. Would I use them again? Absolutely
