After carefully reviewing the details of your order and our correspondence with yourself, we understand that the tile vent ordered did not match the tiles on your roof. We sincerely apologise if it seemed like we were not interested in resolving the issue. As a resolution, we suggested placing a new order for the appropriate tile vents that would closely match your tiles.
Please note that these items are made to order to suit specific requirements. Since there are numerous types of tiles available, it is not possible to stock all variations. Product good, delivery very poor, box thrown over 6ft gates with little or no concern as to any damage that may have occurred. Photo's available.
Personally I would have fired this courier.

Order delivery problems
The order was not delivered within the timescales. It was delivered in 2 parts with the roof sheets delivered after the allocated work slot. We had allocated a four day window for a half day’s work.

We strive to deliver orders within advertised timescales but we do stress that they are only estimates, and that no work should be scheduled until all goods have arrived on site and have been checked.
This is because there are some things which are outside of our control. In this case the goods were despatched in time but our courier partners ran into some delivery issues.
It appears that we did our best to communicate any delays, and we are always on hand by phone or email as we were on this occasion if you need to speak to us.

Don’t hold your breath
Delivery was a week late, told that the manufacturer doesn’t offer tracking; then later given tracking. Only get updates when you chase them.
Over a week late told mutiple times the order would be with me on x day so arrange for someone to be in and no delivery happens! To then be told it’ll now be delivered on x date.
Advised if delivery didn’t take place by a certain date then it’d need to be arranged for a specific day. Never happened they just sent out.
Now received and they’ve gone back on their word of offering compensation and only offering £15 delivery back after several days wasted waiting in as advised by them!
Will likely pay more and get from a local shop next time!

Thank you for leaving us a review, and we are very sorry for the issues you have experienced with this order.
We can see that this was shipped direct from our manufacturing partner to you via a courier service, who have recently introduced a basic tracking system.
It appears that the main reason for the delay was because the order was damaged in transit, and then returned back to the manufacturer, regrettably this can sometimes happen - once this became apparent a second order was sent as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer specific delivery slots, only estimated delivery windows, and we always recommend that no work is scheduled until goods have arrived on site and have been checked as no compensation is offered in the event of late delivery.
However, on this occasion a refund of the carriage charge has been processed as a gesture of goodwill.
We understand the second delivery has since been made, but if you need to contact us again please feel free to do so.

We are very sorry you received the incorrect tile vent, especially as this item has an extended estimated delivery time as it is bespoke.
As soon as we were notified of the issue, a replacement was arranged and on this occasion it will be delivered a lot quicker than its normal lead time - which works out to be 3 working days after the issue was reported.
We hope that this has been rectified in a timely manner, and has not delayed any work too much.

The delivery charge has been £18 for roof vents for a long time (including when the first order was placed).
When the second order was placed we had a promotion running that was for free delivery to mainland UK.
The delivery address on both of your orders was the Isle of Man - we were able to ship your first order as the standard fee was paid, but for the second order which included the promotional free delivery charge we could not, meaning an extra delivery fee was required.
Sorry if this was not made clear when we spoke to you after the second order was placed.
