They emailed to check exact model number of laptop, prior to shipping the CMOS battery. Shipping was on time, pretty good from US to AUS.

Recently made a purchase that arrived as a mistaken item. I then received above and beyond communications from Rome Tech ( several pleasant, unsolicited and sincere inquiries regarding how to correct the issue). Five stars for customer service !! … which sadly fails a lot these days

The best case!
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 Shell Holster Combo Case with MagSafe fits perfectly. It looks really nice, and it's well made. It is great to the touch. The price, fast delivery, and customer service are to be commended.

Late delivery…Bad quality -F
Took 3 weeks for international delivery and then asked for more money to expedite!
Also had to pay delivery charges since they didnt oay so costs double.
Plus bad euality!!! Will not recommend !!

Based on our records, you placed your order on September 5th, and the package was successfully delivered to Dubai on September 19th, which falls within our estimated delivery timeframe.

While this timing is not standard for international shipping, we aimed to accommodate by offering to reship the order via UPS 3-day service. We shared a screenshot of the shipping cost, amounting to $41, to maintain transparency, and intended to cover the cost of the phone case ($20) to assist further.

Laptop CMOS battery. I think you need to use a different shipping service. I selected the fastest option (2 - 5 days) and USPS has yet to deliver although it says it shipped a week ago and there is no reliable tracking information.

Your customer service is great! A piece broke off my case. I contacted customer service and received an email back very quickly and had a replacement sent to my home within a couple days. Also I received a perfect fitting case for my phone.
