Computer Bios Battery
My dell computer showed an error showing it had a bad bios battery. The battery came quickly and fit, but didn't fix my computer. Rome Teck refunded my money. I couldn't ask for better service.

Good serviceGood service
Good service. There was a hiccup with our address but luckily it worked out. After speaking with them I had no doubt they would have shipped another one if I hadn't received it with the hiccup.

Phone dropped
I dropped my phone, which was in the case and the case cracked and Rome tech had no issue with their warranty and sent me a replacement case. Excellent customer service!

They do a great job of helping with their products when there is a problem.
Tough to get someone on the phone but email is sufficient.
I am old school I like to speak to someone personally. Work on that please.

The case has a nice look bu it has to be removed when charging. The added bead tassle broke.

Ordered a wrong case
Ordered a wrong case. Instead of S22, got A22. Rome exchanged it with problems and even got a better deal on the S22 cases.
I like these lightweight and durable cases because they're the same that Verizon.sells for 3X the price.

Having initially ordered, a rep then emailed to get the exact make and model of my mobile to ensure the correct item was shipped. Fast delivery from overseas and exactly what I was looking for.
