Awesome customer service
I have had to call twice and both times was due to my own mishaps and they are very accommodating, once I received a complimentary warranty on a clip that I broke, and the second they gave me a great deal on additional. I highly recommend Rometech.

There and back again, a battery’s tale
I was looking for a replacement real-time-clock (RTC) battery for my Toshiba portege z835 and ordered a battery. When the battery came, the connector didn’t fit the existing connector. The website said z935 and I got the impression from other websites that z935 and z835 used the same RTC battery. I contacted customer support to see if either myself or the company made a mistake. I sent pictures of the battery with some caliper measurements of the connector plug, and they were able to find a compatible replacement. I was able to replace the battery and get rid of my bios boot error. Kudos to Rome for breathing new life into my old laptop and for working with me to find a replacement. You may have better luck sending a picture of your battery first to customer support before you buy if your exact model isn’t labeled in their site.

Great value for the money
I have had my case for Galaxy phone for a month. The case works very well. No complaints. Great value for the money. I wanted a case with a belt clip and this one does everything I had in mind for much less than I have spent before.

Very secure holster
Product arrived quickly. VERY snug fit. Very secure clip. Highly recommended, better than the multi-piece and cumbersome OtterBox.

I wear my case everyday. I like that the built in kickstand is good for vertical and horizontal use. The case is also good at protecting the phone.
