Boots I received are extremely poor quality !! And are at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised !! The customer services are a joke !! They offer me a $3 refund or a $6 credit note - the boots cost $36 !!! They will not pay return postage !!
The boots are totally unwearable - not suitable for UK weather and no way can I even get them on my feet !!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I bought boots from them. They came about 2 1/2 months later. I had MULTIPLE communications with them during that time. "Where are my boots?" Their reply -- "Please wait just a few more days." They could NEVER track them or tell me where they were. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. When I FINALLY received my "boots," they came in a plastic bag and honestly? I can't even believe what they sent me. They look like something that would come with a child's Halloween costume from Walmart. Maybe not even that nice. And they had a SICKENING, strong odor to them. I addressed all of this with the company through email. Over and over and over. They are very patronizing and ridiculous. They said I could return them but told me they did NOT guarantee a refund OR a free return shipping label. Not worth the effort or time, because they will NOT come through. I know it. I'd even be embarrassed to give these to Goodwill. I will probably just burn them. They are SO cheap and awful! Lesson learned. NEVER buy ANYTHING from Rolly Chic -- EVER! They are thieves, nothing less.

This company doesn't even deserve one star!! I ordered boots from them and asked for a refund after over 3 months of waiting for the delivery. They wouldn't refund and now I'm in a back and forth email war with them. The item pictured on their website doesn't even come close to the item I finally received!
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!

Screwed over like everyone else. PayPal is an active partner by requiring proof that the item was mailed AND received by the seller. My request to have the company looked at for fraud went unanswered.

It would be no stars, I wish I could load up photos! They are of very poor, cheap and nasty quality and do not even resemble the boots I received! The sole is so thin you can feel every piece of grit, The colour was no where near their pic!

Horrible customer service! Took over 2 months to get my boots! When I got them they were so poorly made they were falling apart. Will never order again.

Pure fraud sell you one thing you get horrible nasty awful things in return and no return label and they are doing this in several company names I did pay for them through PayPal and opened a claim but because the seller responded even though it took three months to get the boots and in the end they gave me 8 days to return them to China which would have cost me more money then what i paid for the boots which means double with no boots :(

SCAM! SCAM! Wish I would have read reviews of the company before I bought the boots. I waited 3 months for them to get here and then they were so thin that they were like wearing a sock and I could not zip them over my calf. I have emailed them back and forth for weeks and they will not refund me. SCAM!

bought a pair of boots for christmas , took 2 months to get here(43.98$). THEY ARE TERRIBLE CLOWN BOOTS, TOTALLY UNWEARABLE!!!!!!!! COMPANY STARTED AT 5$ GIFT CARD NOW UP TO AN$8 GIFT CARD. Absolutely horrific. Their quality is so extremely poor, even the thrift store won’t take these boots. They refuse to refund your money, after consistent emails daily, they are only willing to give me $8US our of $80!! I bought two pairs...such a rip off!!!

If I could zero stars I would. Do not order these boots. They are a joke and now I can't get a refund. I sent multiple emails to them to cancel the order before it had shipped. They just sent emails back stating my order is top priority and will be shipped as soon as possible. Now, three months later, I have received one pair out of two, bad quality and can't get a refund and now my emails won't go through.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered two pairs, one black, one brown. Neither look ANYthing like the photos, not to mention it took over 3 months to get them. They were packed very poorly, and though I used their sizing chart, they're too small (not like I'd wear them anyway...). Shoddy product, bad customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolute train wreck just like everybody else. The boots that came were nothing like the website. Paper thin shiny vinyl rolled up in a plastic bag from China, cheap Rubber Sole shaped nothing like a cowboy boot, no detailed stitching, no liner, and it took two months to arrive. I asked for a refund and they declined, and when I disputed with PayPal they sided with the vendor. I feel PayPal is just as complicit and I will be deleting my account with them as well.

This company is such a rip off. Rollychic is a fraudulent company. I paid $156 for 4 pairs of boots in October 2018. I have yet to receive anything from them. So many other people are receiving a pile of plastic crap that come from China and smells like crap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM rollychic. RIPOFF

This site would not let me give no stars. Joining the multitude of people who acknowledge this is a SCAM company. Don’t do business with them.

TERRIBLE service! DISHONEST! Said they will do hassle free returns but 2 months later I am still haggling to get my refund. They sent me the wrong color to start with and they are also hideous looking boots. Nothing like the pictures. I also ordered brown and got orange. They smell terrible. I asked to return them because they sent me the wrong color. They told me shipping would be too expensive but would “apply” for a refund. What ever that means. They keep offering me $5 or $6 gift card refund and not even half the amount I paid for them. I paid $37 plus shipping. Took 2 months to get them. So going on a total of 4 months now I have cheaply made boots and no refund still. I asked for the return address they said China but here’s $6 to say we are sorry. I have never had such insulting service. You buy a product with expectations of at the very least the images provided, but in the event something may be wrong you are given “hassle free” returns. This company is dishonest and it’s beyond a hassle. It’s exhausting. I have 30+ emails back and forth just trying to get my money back. So frustrating. Rant over... don’t buy from this company.

Top Notch CRAPPY SCAMMER PRODUCT.. Not as described... Ordered 2 pairs of boot in October, got them in January. Cheap made of plastic or cheap vinyl, smells like either tires, shellac or an old 1970's Volkswagon. The Red pair is Burgandy, the Blue pair is a Bluish Magenta color, the souls are glued on, the decorative zippers on both color boots are different zippers, the decor on the gold studs on each color of boots are different.. Oh yeah and the foot part of the boot pops like there is cardboard in it. And for the kicker....They were shipped in a Gray plastic shirt bag like you get from Amazon, stuffed in my mail box... The foot part is permanently bent and curved upward. Did I mention they stink to High Hell???? Also, on the label on the outside package states that the US value is $10.00!!! Yes $10.00!!!! CRAPPY, Smelly, cheap made, Scammer product!!!!! Any Potential buyer, Run Like Hell!!!! Don't Buy!!!!!! Scammers!!!!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, which took months to get here. The boots sent are not the boots they advertised. They are poorly made plastic boots that are coming apart at the seams upon arrival. The boots are not the right size. They are very small. I emailed the company only to find that this is an Asian company. I paid $73.00. They will not refund or let me return them. They said to give them to another family member. Then they offered a $3 gift card as consolation! I said no I wanted full refund. They then stated that the return process was going to be very expensive for me and that it wouldn't come out of my refund. Someone should close these people down becauee the whole thing is a scam. Don't ever buy anything from this company!

I hope these people get what they deserve. Scamming us all like this. Than when I ask for my money back they tell me no. Stupid low lifes don't know how to get a real job.
