A total ripoff. It took 3 emails and 10 weeks to get the worst boots ever.... cheap does not begin to describe the red and gray boots I received... I wish I had read the reviews before ordering....

The WORST Quality boots and waited 3 months. I was duped by this company. After waiting 2 months I asked to cancel and for a refund...they would no, and kept asking me to wait. I replied I did not want to wait any longer and wanted to cancel. No refund.
Against my wishes, the boots arrived after 3 months and were not even close to the quality they posted. VERY cheap fabric and quality, they were too small, and smelled DISGUSTING! They would not refund my money. Who can go after these guys?

TOTAL SCAM!!! I also ordered these from an ad on Facebook thinking that after looking at pictures and reading reviews on site that I would get a good product. Took forever to arrive and then they looked nothing like pictures or description. Cheap crap! Even the metal brand tag was upside down! They didn’t fit at all and so I tried to return them on their “NO Hassle Refund” guarantee. I Was told to give them as gift to someone else because they reviewed the product and it was good and the cost of returning them would be more than I would get in refund. Which is funny because they give free shipping to you!And then they offered a $2 gift card for my trouble. It’s impossible to leave a bad review on their site which I found out later because they limit what you can say.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this company.
When they arrived I was shocked at how horrible they were. I wouldn't even classify them as any kind of footwear.
I followed the instructions for their return policies and guess what? I have not gotten a dime back.
Although I did not want this product now I'm out my original cost, an additional $18 to return the items and the merchandice. After a month and multiple emails to them I have yet to hear or see my return. I have not been able to get in contact with this company.
Has anyone ever been able to speak to someone on the phone from this company?

The worst purchase ever! Wish i had read the reviews! I was excited when I stumbled across these boots while shopping for a great pair of winter boots. Rollychic advertised everything in their boots i was looking for and at a great price, so I ordered '4' pairs....black, grey, red, and camel. It took months to receive them. I voiced my concern about the delay in shipping and was told by a Rollychic spoke person to, "Just be patient"!. I asked them to not respind to me in such a patronizing manner.
Weeks later, I received two pairs wrapped very tightly together with 'rubber bands'!. Then wrapped in clear plastic, followed by wrapping in an off white plastic bag with return label from China!
Pictures can best describe the pieces of crap i received for my hard earned money...$122.64 in total. Weeks later i received the other 2 boots packaged the same terrible way. But with a different return address on the package. I contacted Rollychic concerning their 'hassel free' 30 day return policy. Was asked to send photos of what I was unhappy about. Many were sent. The response was the equivalent to a slap in the face. "Hi there, Sorry to hear that you don't like the products but they look nice in the pics.
Best regards." WOW!

These boots are terrible quality. Cheap vinyl copies.
Both pairs I got are Crap! Nothing like those pictured.

Same experience as everyone else on here. Horrible product delivered to me after waiting almost 3 months and a refusal to refund my money when requested. I filed a claim with PayPal. I see that others that have also done so and did not get their money back without shipping the product back to CHINA!!! The shipping cost would be more than the refund in most cases. I probably won't be successful either, but I hope that if PayPal gets enough claims, they will stop working with these thieves.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I bought boots from them. They came about 2 1/2 months later. I had SEVERAL communications with them during that time.Their customer service is TERRIBLE. When I FINALLY received my "boots," they came in a plastic bag. I can't even believe what they sent me. They look like something that would come with a child's Halloween costume. They are very patronizing and ridiculous. They said I could return them but told me they did NOT guarantee a refund OR a free return shipping label. They will NOT come through. They would never provide a return address, and I was told to give them to someone. They offered to return $6 USD I paid way more than that for them. You will not win with them and be stuck with these horrible boots. I even tried to zip them the first time tried them on and the zipper broke. Complete Pieces of CRAP!!! Stay away from this company!! These boots look nothing like the advertisement. Complete Plastic Knock Off's!! STAY AWAY!!!

Buyers BEWARE.. do not order anything from rollychic. What you order is nothing you receive. I laughed so hard when I opened my package.. then I got angry. Correspondence I received back was just as pathetic as the products they ship. Advertised lovely leather and appears to be high quality vs what I got. A pair of boots that were made of plastic worth maybe 1.00$. DONT DO IT!

I ordered boots off of an advertisement on Facebook back in early December for my wife. After not receiving them by Christmas I kept insisting at least 4 times to cancel my order and refund my money they refused. They went ahead and shipped them on December 28th, 2019 and arrived on January 17, 2020. They came in a plastic bag folded in half and the smell of moth balls was overwhelming. My wife looked at them and refused to wear them because they were very generic and still stink to this day. I've tried at least another 3 times to request a refund and return shipping but they still refuse. WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS???

Do not order from them!!! I ordered boots October 26,2019. They said they shipped December 8, 2019. Sent a tracking number according to tracking number they are still in the same place. I have contacted them 3 times they keep saying it takes time.It is a SCAM. Will never buy anything from them again.

Took 9 weeks to get. Look NOTHING like the pictures. Bait and switch. Refuse to refund. Cheap costume boots is what you get. PayPal only willing to have you ship them back at your own expense,to CHINA! Doubt you would still get refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This is the worst ever, do not believe anything they say!!!! the boots are smelly with cheap plastic material, they look like play boots for a halloween costume, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER, i tried getting my money back and they only want to give me $3 dollars for the refund, are they NUTS!!!!. My friend ordered from them too and got a full refund but paid more to ship those suckers back- its not worth it so mine went in the TRASH!!!

I tried for a month to cancl the the order from them on day one. All i got was automated responses and 2 piar of boots that look NOTHING like the prodict picurect

I ordered my boots on Oct. 26, 2019 and received them yesterday (Jan. 21, 2020). It took three months to get them! And when they arrived, they were made of thin, flimsy plastic and layers of glue. And the chemical smell is unbearable! I don't think the zipper will last a week. Every time I emailed them requesting the location of my shipment I didn't get any cooperation so I'm not going to attempt a return. I'm just going to eat this purchase. But I wanted to let others know that Rollychic is not the place to buy your merchandise. Just keep scrolling.

I only chose 1 star because I had to. Iwould NEVER order from this crap company again. Shipping takes over 60 days and the product is complete crap! Literally! A plastic food bag is made better than these so called boots. Apparently the company needs the money more than providing refunds for the cheap crappy product they sell. Stay far far away from these fools.

Don't believe the picture. The boots are plastic and don't fit at all. Too bad I didn't check the reviews of this company. After several emails it has come to my attention that they get to keep my $80 for 2 pair of boots I would be embarrassed to donate. NEVER will I purchase anything from them again.

J'ai payé avec Paypal, pensant que mon achat était sécurisé ! Bien non, pas du tout !
J'ai demandé un remboursement et Paypal a communiqué avec le vendeur, pour me faire répondre que je devais retourner l'article en Chine pour l'obtenir ! Imaginez les frais que je devrais payer !
Moi aussi j'ai communiqué avec le vendeur et celui-ci m'a répondu que si je ne les aimais pas les bottes, je n'avais qu'à les donner à quelqu'un ! Quelle arnaque ! Donc soyez vigilant !

I ordered two pairs . One pair is three sizes too big not that I would be caught dead wearing what was sent to me . I wouldn't donate them to a homeless person that's how awful the product is . Their return policy is a joke obviously because when you call them on it they offer a 3$ credit ...hahahaha paid almost 80$ . They ask for pictures and then reply ; oh.. those seem perfectly fine . Hope you will enjoy wearing them ..hahaha I swear they only reply to our emails to get a good laugh . Sadly , it seems like nothing will be done about it . I just hope the next person is more diligent and actually does their research on this business before flushing their hard earned money down the drain .
