They took my money for a hitch coupler I ordered and never sent it to me. Someone named Julia from the company initially responded to my email and asked me to be patient. That was at least two months ago and now she nor anyone from the company will respond to my requests for a refund. Now I'm seeing that other customers have been scammed too.

What a scam , they take your money and you get nothing . Will never get anything from them or ticktock shop ever , might just be better going to Amazon

I ordered a toe separator for bunion correction, paid $38 and it is way too big for my toes and most uncomfortable to wear because of the size. I have purchased similar inserts and they were the right size.
Reading up on all the other unhappy customers with their various items I am not surprised about my dissatisfaction. Very disappointing to say the least. How can I get a refund? I used it only once and won't be wearing it again.

Stay away from this scam’s company. Bought a blood pressure monitor from them but it is faulty and gives wrong high readings which is very dangerous .

Orders a £70 safe the sent £5 ear pods that are flimsy and not worth the money do not trust this company and should be shut down.

Brought a pair of boots January 21 split by May asked for refund or exchange not offered not helpful no customer care, kept replying with 'thank you for your understanding'. Offered £2 as a customer care. Wanted to speak to somebody in
management not heard another thing.

Don't give in and settle with these people. I've written here before about the ugly boots. Save emails between Rollychic and yourself. Ask your bank or credit card company for a chargeback. The emails are all the proof you need. Don't except any offers from them or gift cards. Save the corresponds of them telling you not to return the boots and offers of $5 gift cards. It's a slam dunk. I was persistent and got all of my money back.

All these reviews are correct. My story is the same. Boots took a month to arrive, were nothing like advertised. Complained was offered $5, they did not want me to return them. I went through PAYPAL, was given a return address, and less then 10 days to return, baring in mind they took nearly a month to arrive. Paypal was useless. I have returned the boots and now the email address to Rollychic cannot be found! Rubbish company, total Scammers! DO NOT USE!!!

This company is a rip off, ordered a pair of boots and when they finally arrived months after I had ordered and they were horrible!!! They were not the same boots as I had ordered and they looked like they were made out of plastic! I have emailed them multiple times and they kept offering me a gift card USD funds if I kept them and gave them to someone who needed them. I finally gave up and agreed to the gift card....well I never got it and I contacted them again and again with no response! Now you can’t even send an email because there is no such address anymore! I wish I could give them a negative number and it would be really really low! Don’t buy anything from them!!!

They do not deserve even one star! This company is a joke and impossible to work with. Ordered some boots back in October, 2019. Charged my account immediately. Received December, 2019 only after getting payment source involved. Poor quality, bad coloring, not at all as described. I've been in touch with them via email approximately 40 emails to be exact since January, 2020. It was impossible dealing with them. Over and over I had to provide the order information which they already had, they consistently wanted to offer me a $5, $8, and $10 US gift card, it was ridiculous!!!! On 3/24/2020, they sent an email that they had refunded me $10 to my original form of payment. However, yet another joke/scam. As of today, 3/30/2020, no refund and now their email address is no longer applicable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! We ordered a pair of red boots. When they came in, them were brown. They also had a 2" hole in the front of the boot and because they were so cheaply made, the toe was dented in and would not go back to shape. Sent email to customer service and they offered $5 off my next order and to give them as a gift to someone else. I didn't want the ones I got and I certainly would never give them as a gift. After going back and forth, they offered $3 off this order. I responded by asking for full refund because this seems to be a scam and my emails have now been blocked.

I don't even want to give them 1 star! JUNK JUNK JUNK Wish I searched for these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 different boot styles but I received 2 pairs of the same and they absolutely look like NOTHING like in the pictures. They were cheap plastic boots rolled up into a ball and probably thrown together when the order was placed. Then I tried to return them after a dispute through Pay Pay (which was denied). They initially were ok to deal with via email but now I cannot get through to them for my refund. Pretty sure when you dispute them they block your email. Lesson learned. NEVER buy anything from an ad on FaceBook, even if they offer legit PayPal. PayPal should be ashamed to have accepted money for this company then not back it up. I wasted my money even returning them, I should have gone with my gut and just tossed them in the garbage. SO DISAPPOINTED!!

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES STEALING people's hard earned money. I wish I had researched before I bought them. I ordered them in October and they arrived in February, smelled AWFUL, looked even worse. I ordered boots that were AWFUL quality, arrived extremely late, when I sent an email requesting my money back the response was to check UPS, they didn't even read the email. When I tried to clarify that I wanted my money back the email no longer worked and I cannot contact them. I am LIVID, they aren't worth wearing to clean dung in a barn. THIS IS A SCAM.

STOP! They don't even deserve 1 star. Don't buy anything from this company! I didn't get the boots I ordered. Then it took me 17 messages to get a confirmation to return them BUT they wanted $27 to return them when the company should pay for sending me the wrong boots that are too ugly to even have in your house. So I'm stuck paying for boots I will never wear. This company is the worst!

This company is a total fraud!!! They not only scam you & send junk products but DO NOT honor their "return policy".
I told them I didn't care how much it would cost me to return the crap boots they sent me because I wanted a full refund.
They wouldn't even give me an address to send them back to & kept offering a gift card ranging from $5-$8 before they stopped responding all together. Do not give these scammers your hard earned money!!!!!

I want to start off by stating that I gave one star, only because you have no choice to not one. I have ordered from they're website and was played from the start. Not only waited months for my product, it was nothing like what I ordered. Not to mention that they were the incorrect color. The boots were the wrong size and a cheap "pleather" material. Yes the "P" is suppose to be there. I wish I could just provide my email here, so anyone that takes the steps to read the reviews would be able to contact me and see for themselves once I send them pics of the product received. They would run from this scam. I recieved $2 dollar store boots. Please don't do it, I plead with you.

Horrible company. I never got my boots and I been waiting since October November. I keep emailing them and they responses is call your local post office. They will not refund me. I keep emailing them.
