Rohan and his team recently replaced two bathroom windows in our house. Fantastic service from start to finish - the team arrived when they said they would and the job was completed efficiently and to a high standard. They left the area clean and tidy and the windows are looking great! Would 100% recommend and will definitely use them again when we next need work doing.

Rohan Developments have recently supplied & installed French doors and bi-folds to an extension for ourselves. The process throughout was made extremely easy from estimate to completion. The project was managed every step of the way and if an niggles were encountered they were nipped in the bud an addressed imminently with communication fluid at every step. Rohan has customer service down to perfection and a team of guys on the same page with a complete drive of professionalism.

Rohan was one of 5 companies I asked to quote for full replacement windows and doors, including bi-fold, and he was excellent, polite, respectful and informative as well as providing a competitive quote. Additionally a check on Limited companies verified the company status unlike a couple of the other companies who quoted for the work.
Within the promised timeframe installation work began, including bespoke stained glass features, and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and excellent attention to detail of Rohans’ installation team.
I will most definitely put Rohan at top of list to quote for any future work.

Rohan came out soon after my call at a convenient time for me, although it was late evening or weekend, to suit my full time working pattern. He gave me a quote soon after, provided estimated dates for the work required and kept updating about things that i needed to know regularly. After the work was finished by his team, he visited again to make sure that I was satisfied with the work.

A common problem no doubt suffered by others, our conservatory was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter to use, meaning we spent little if any meaningful time in there during the year. We had considered having it knocked down and rebuilt as an extension but the cost was simply too prohibitive.

After discussing it with a work colleague I was recommended to speak with Rohan Developments, who had completed some renovation works on my colleagues neighbours conservatory roof.

After some discussions with the Director Rohan himself, my wife and I decided a "warm room" conversion would give us a room we could use and enjoy all year round and at an affordable price.

The works have recently been completed and I'm pleased to say its like we have another room in the house to use. I now enjoy my morning paper and coffee in there looking out over the garden. Our 2 children have been doing their homework at a workstation we have set up in one corner. Our typical large family gathering for Christmas day will now be a pleasure with so much additional space, no longer having to sit some family members in the living room and some separately in the dining room. We can now enjoy our Christmas meal all seated together in the conservatory.

I cannot thank Rohan enough for his expertise in providing us with suitable options to consider and his team of workmen were polite, punctual, tidy and have created an amazing finish for us to enjoy.
