Rohan and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They arrive promptly and finish on schedule, l wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they are also very competitive in their pricing as such we’ll be looking to book them again in the near future.

Rohan Developments were recommended to us to fit french doors and did not disappoint. From quotation to completion of works, Rohan provided a very personal and professional service. His team were hard-working, professional, efficient and very polite, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Workmanship was of a high standard. We are extremely happy with our new doors and highly recommend Rohan Developments, we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Rohan and his team are excellent, for the following reasons.
1, Rohan personally visits and makes sensible recommendations, sometimes not just the cheapest or most expensive option, but options best suited.
2, Fast service, from initially quotes to survey, and mutually helpful fitting dates.
3, Fitting team were very professional, cleaning up after each day, plus fixing some small damage they had caused without having to be asked to do so. They also replaced the door locking mech as the original was not working correctly.
4, Quote vs the final price, the initial quote was higher than competing quotes, after discussions and quotes were compared the final quote came close to the best quote.
5, We have used Rohan for other work previously and would totally recommend them to carry out new task

They had great communication as to which tradesman was coming and when. Very knowledgeable and experienced team, and highlighted some other areas that required attention. Some areas seemed unfinished, however this wasn't something that was agreed in the original terms, so in essence there work was completed to a high standard. Overall happy with the work and would use again if needed.

Rohan is very easy to work with. He is quick to respond, explains everything very clearly, does what he says he will do when he says he’ll do it and works with good trades.

We have a brand new brick porch built and the team were fantastic from start to finish , we love the new addition to our house and will happily recommend Rohan Developments to anyone .

I chose Rohan Developments Ltd to install a new door with side panels. Before the door was installed Rohan came round to visit me and he made sure everything was in order. Rohan was really hepful and polite. I have now ordered 3 more windows for another peoject. I would recommend the company and will use them in the future

We arranged for our conservatory roof to be converted into a ‘warm room/roof’ along with the replacement of a number of glazed units and new windows.
From the the very first enquiry Rohan Developments have been extremely professional, very polite, trustworthy & friendly. The service was timely throughout with regular updates on the expected start dates and installation periods & from the initial enquiry to completion of the various jobs it has a matter of weeks when compared to another local company where we have been & still would be waiting for over 12 months.
Rohan's team are highly skilled & a pleasure to hire their services.
I suppose that at the outset we took a bit of a leap of faith as we only had the reviews to go on rather than a personal recommendation which we like to normally do to help make decisions of this nature, however from our initial meeting with Rohan any fears were allayed and his promises of a timely profession service was duly delivered throughout the process.
