We recently had our front wall replaced by Rohan Developments Limited.
We have nothing but praise for Rohan and bricklayers Ben and Isaac and would recommend them unreservedly.
They were friendly and efficient, undertook the work as scheduled and kept us updated on options at every stage. A quality service and at a very competitive price.
The result has been much admired by both passers-by and neighbours and I’m sure will attract further commissions.
We are very happy with the superb result.

Rohan and his team (Fitter -Dean) were helpful, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Our frame is narrower than standard and Rohan explained the available options thoroughly and advised what would suit the size of frame. Expected wait times were clear and Rohan kept us up to date through the ordering process. Our door arrived two weeks earlier than expected and he let us know straight away to bring forward our installation date (he was understanding about our availability due to work as well!) On the day, Dean completed the fit within two hours no hassle, no mess. Very pleased and would absolutely use again for further projects!

Reliable, trustworthy, very professional. Promises were made and kept as to a timescale. The work was carried out in a timely manner, Rohan Developments kept in touch to ensure we were happy with the work along the way. They were recommended to us and I have since recommended them to friends and neighbours. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again for any further improvements around my home.

From the first contact Rohan was very detailed in how the work was going to be carried out, gave us a time frame which was stuck to. Rohan kept us up to date throughout and was alway available to answer our questions and called round frequently to make sure the job was being done to out satisfaction

The front room of our house always seemed to be colder than the rest of the house even though it had double glazing.We contacted Rohan developments for advice on this problem as they had done a number of jobs for us in the past which we have always been happy with.Upon inspection it was found that the company who fitted our double glazing previously had done a very shoddy job of measuring the bay window and sealing it up ( hidden behind plastic covers ) this was rectified by Dean , one of Rohans fitters and new uprated glass fitted which has resulted in a lovely warm front room with the bonus of also reducing our energy bills this coming winter.A company we would definately recomend.

Fantastic communication from Rohan. We addressed some concerns we had with the roof after it was fitted and he was straight out to test and assess. Really put our minds at ease and comforted knowing we were covered with a warranty as well. Now looking around the house to see what else Rohan Developments can help us with. Will be using again.

Rohans team has just built me a brand new porch. And fitted new windows all round. Cracking job completed really quickly. The house looks like a different house. 11/10!!

quality workmanship reliable and cost

Sales and after sales experience is second to none, no hard sell, time given to choose products, advice given, no pressure to complete a deal, Rohan took the time to explain everything, products are great, installation quickly completed with little mess, fitters and all who visited were polite and courteous and respected the property, we had new composite doors, all new windows and new porch. Would highly recommend Rohan developments
