Rockfish Walkabout Wellies = WASTE OF…
Rockfish Walkabout Wellies = WASTE OF MONEY! I’ve had a pair of these and they haven’t even last two winters. I messaged to complain and ask for a replacement to be told they haven’t a years guarantee. The rubber has ripped by the arch of my foot rendering these useless and a waste of money. Will not be buying anything from here again.

Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear that your Walkabout Wellies have split and that you’ve been disappointed with their durability. We completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially after less than two full winters of wear.
As mentioned in our previous correspondence, the boots were purchased in November 2024 and are now outside of our one-year guarantee period. Because of this, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or repair, as we can only assess potential manufacturing faults within that timeframe.
That said, we do genuinely value feedback like yours. Product performance and longevity are very important to us, and your comments have been passed on to our product team for review.
We’re sorry that on this occasion we weren’t able to provide the outcome you were hoping for, but we do appreciate you taking the time to get in touch and share your experience.
Great products and customer support
Ordered these wellies after trawling internet reviews and finding nothing negative about the quality or the company, (unlike some of the other bigger brands that are no longer made to last). After an issue with delivery I contacted the company and they were incredibly helpful. Katie kept me updated with the ongoing investigation and quickly made replacements were dispatched and a small goodwill refund was sent back to me while the delivery company took their time. The new ones arrived within 24hours and I cannot fault them. Fully waterproof and warm, sturdy without being too rigid, and incredibly comfortable and supportive. Perfect for the wet weather dog walks.
I cannot fault Rockfish at all, and will be bothered recommending and using them again in the future.

I emailed Rockfish and a nice human replied! And in very good time, too. They allowed me to order 2 pairs, try both out (without excessive wear) and return the pair that didn't fit as well. Great service.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service , after 6 months one of my wellies developed a fault and I contacted their customer service for advice. Without hesitation they sent a replacement pair … truely excellent service

Great boots…
I’ve been wanting a pair of good quality wellies and I saw these. The reviews looked pretty good so opted for a pair. Pleased to say I’m not disappointed. They are incredibly comfortable, great to walk in, keep your feet warm… no slipping of the boot around your foot or leg. I’m very pleased with them.

Worth 5 stars all day long , just expect a snug fit
More than happy to give 5 stars , I bought the Groundhog boots, the quality is spot on and they are very comfortable , the only thing I will say is that they are a very snug fit and could have possibly given a little extra on the width , I manged though and more importantly I got them back off easily enough, I've been known to struggle 😂.

Had these boots from rockfish for about…
Had these boots from rockfish for about a year now and had enough time to evaluate them. They are the best wellies I've had by far for comfort and use. I've used them around the farm, in streams and over rough terrain and had no issues whatsoever. I got them in sales at a really good price as I wouldn't have given them a second look at full price. Maybe adjust your full price to get more custom as people will not be disappointed
