Swift Response and excellent communication
I recently migrated from Link Broadband and the experience has been seamless. The speed at which responses are given on the portal is very quick after I requested a slight adjustment. They were also very good in keeping me up to date with the whole migration process

So far so good
We had Rocket Fibre broadband installed with City Fibre. The communication was great and installation was done on the day I requested. You get an Eero router included and can buy an extra one if you want to extend the coverage. The service has been good so far - the broadband works and speed is good. There's a portal where you can submit tickets and they respond really quickly. Pleased so far!

Poor migration process
Rocket took over my line today and now I have no internet!
Also to mention that I signed up with Link Broadband and my package included a fixed IP address in the package cost, now Rocket want me to prove I've been paying for it?
Rocket never asked me to provide my payment details through the migration process, they did send me an email with my UNPAID invoice though, nice welcome!
So far I'm unimpressed!

Thank you for your review. After reviewing your account, we found that the migration data we received from Link Broadband did not confirm that you had a static IP. As a result, we requested a copy of your last bill as proof, which should not have been an issue if this was a legitimate request. However, despite multiple requests, we have not received any supporting documentation. Therefore, the request has been declined.
Regarding payment information, as stated in the welcome email sent to all migrating customers, you were required to add a payment method on file before the migration to avoid service disruptions—something the majority of customers had completed. Since your billing with Link Broadband ended the day before migration, Rocket Fibre assumed billing from your migration date onward, which is why the invoice remains unpaid.

Transferred from link broadband which has been relatively smooth. I don’t like how they don’t do direct debits but they will only accept a recurring card payment. This has caused an issue for me as the account I want to pay it from doesn’t have a card and I can’t get one. They answer tickets quickly which is great if they are helpful

Just moved from Link to Rocket Fibre, all seems good at the moment. Happy. Only downside is they don’t do direct debit, have to pay monthly by card (only a small thing) hoping it carries on the way it’s started.
