Robinsons Relocation Anmeldelser

A great experience from start to finish!

Robinsons Relocation helped with a local move, everyone that we have interacted with was polite, helpful and went above their job to help with our move.

From the initial quotation and questions which were addressed promptly, through to the actual move, everyone has made the process simple and straightforward, everyone worked seamlessly to make our move as painless as possible.

Based on our personal experience, I would have no hesitation in using Robinsons again for our house move.

Men that moved our Boxes in Spain and the UK were all really good.
Your office staff especially Courtney were really helpfull and patient with my lack of knowledge.

Robinsons Relocation has done a brilliant job for me on 2 international moves over the years. The movers and office staff have been consistently world-class. Competent, professional, helpful and cheerful. Home-moves are inherently stressful and tiring, but the team at Robinsons hugely alleviated the pain for this happy customer. Thank you, Robinsons!

Excellent all round and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them

I cannot state how impressed we were with Robinsons on our recent move. We changed house last minute and they showed amazing flexibility in adjusting the schedule. The Team who worked on our job were all great, they couldn't do enough for us and were so adaptable - the packaging was impressive, none of our fragile items were damaged which was some achievement.

The Team in the office were equally impressive and responsive - we would highly recommend them for any type of move

Home visit to estimate price for our move was professionally managed resulting in a competitive quote. Liaison with Robinsons Basingstoke office was easy and jolly! On our moving day Geoff, and his colleagues were prompt, polite, cheerful and flexible - on what was a stressful day for us. In summary Robinsons provided great service from first engagement to the end of our successful move.

Outstanding service from Robinsons - from the packing the day before to the moving day itself, James, Tony and Michael worked tirelessly and with such great humour and positivity, it made an otherwise stressful day completely manageable.
Top marks from us!

5 stars is not enough for this reliable and helpful removal company. Very highly recommended for all aspects.

The crew worked extremely hard and kept going into the evening to ensure we got the move completed. A very professional service for which we are extremely grateful. Our grateful thanks to both the office and moving teams who were helpful, supportive and very accommodating through out a very stressful period for us. Well done to all.

Second move with Robinsons in the scope of 9 years. First one in 2013 and again recently. Items were in storage and was delivered safe and sound to Scotland after 6 months in storage.
Hope I never have to move again but if I do … It will be Robinsons.

From initial enquiry to move day things couldn’t have gone better. Any queries or requests I had were dealt with immediately. Polite, courteous and professional. Thank you to office staff and movers. Would definitely recommend.

Very efficient, polite team. A few difficulties which were sorted.had a wait of 45minutes at our new address. Then it got a little bit hurried. The man in charge was brilliant. Would recommend Robinsons. Staff in the office were friendly and helpful.

Brilliant experience from move manager to the guys on the day. We had to move at very short notice and Robinsons were very flexible in acommodating us. The team were friendly and considerate and did a good job. We will certainly look to use them for our next move.

Robinsons relocations were great from getting the quote to moving everything into our new home. The staff were always polite and helpful. The crew on move day were amazing and worked so hard. We would definitely recommend

Many thanks again to everyone at Robinsons who we’ve come into contact with. All of them have been great to deal with and have all gone that “extra mile” to make us feel happy and secure about the move.

We found this when we used Robinsons to move out to France and doubly so when they moved us back.

Also I must add an extra personal thank you to Lara in Basingstoke. Moving can be a very stressful experience and not once did I come off of a call with her without a smile on my face.

We found the whole moving experience stress-free. The guys were cheerful, helpful and patient. We would highly recommend Robinsons to anyone.
