ROBINSON'S Anmeldelser

It is always a pleasure to shop at Robinson’s ; albeit a guilty pleasure because there are so many beautiful products tempting one.
Remarkably it is one of the few places which has not made huge price increases.
Always excellent product and excellent quality.

Friendly service, as usual and found the perfect birthday gift.

Great service, fantastic selection of clothes, shoes and gifts

Fabulous team of friendly and helpful staff. My partner and I visit Alnwick and surrounding areas every 4 or 5 months on holiday / short breaks and we always pop in and find something that little bit different from the norm! Great that they are now doing menswear too. Other half is well pleased.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though the store was busy the lady helping me made me feel like I was the only customer.

Absolutely outstanding service. I bought some gorgeous sandals and then was helped by one of the lovely owners to chose some beautiful clothes for work. I will definitely be back 😊

Wonderful customer service and a lovely little cafe too.

Great service staff very helpful and welcoming

Robinson’s is a wonderful world of warmth and colour. Whether you purchase an item or not the staff are always friendly and charming , doing their best to help without pushing the customer to buy. Shopping finished you can relax in their pretty outdoor area with cake , a selection of coffee or tea or whatever takes your fancy!
Visiting Alnwick, this is a shop not to be missed.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Always a lovely experience when I shop there.

From start to finish my shopping experience was wonderful. Staff, especially Julie, were welcoming and helpful.
Robinson's is a fine example of customer service-the larger department stores could well do with taking a leaf out of Robinson's book.
The variety and choice of clothing, footwear and accessories is impressive.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robinson's.
