High Integrity
I left my bike with the technicians to do a service. I asked for a gold service. They wrote back to me to tell me that only a silver service was required. They could easily have done a gold service and charged me the extra and I would t have raised an eyes. They didn’t. This impressed me.

Very good service
Very good service. Friendly, helpful staff. Communication was good. To say I live in Yorkshire and RM Cycles are situated in Kent the delivery estimates were spot on. This is my third cycle purchased from RM with no problems.I would recommend any cyclist to give RM Cycles a try.

Great customer service
I found the team really helpful. I had an issue with a bike I had to return which was no fault of theirs and Mike and Louis were both lovely and understanding.
