Branch location is just perfect for me
Branch location is just perfect for me. And Tanya Meza is amazing. She helped me setup my account and she's very knowledgeable. I'm amazed to know that your checking account can earn high interest rate that piqued my interest. And probably will try it.

My recomendations
The main positive is the staff. Very friendly and never had a problem. The withdrawl limits are terrible. You can't buy much with the daily ATM limit. Maybe 10yrs ago that might be ok but they need to increase this. Also they need 24hr customer service on weekends, or at least extend the hrs.

The only thing that bothers me is that you opened a branch in Henderson Nevada but you refuse to open a branch in the High Desert or the San Joaquin Valley.
Looks like having a branch in Henderson gives your management an excuse to travel to Nevada using members money to have a free visit to party in Nevada!!!

Rize CU is the best!!
I was a member of SCE FCU since the age of 16; which means I’ve been a member for 22 years now! I have always loved banking with them. They've always been phenomenal and caring.
So much so, that when my husband and I moved our family to Tampa, FL back in 2018, we could not bring ourselves to leave SCE FCU. We've remained members and are still so happy with the services provided to us.
Even when SCE FCU switched to Rize CU; we haven't had any issues at all. It's still an amazing CU that we are happy and grateful to be members of.
Thank you for all that you do as a company whole to care, support and protect our finances. Our family appreciates y'all so much!

Branch locations not enough. Yes I am glad there is multiple no fee atm for withdrawals but not for deposits.

Bank the Superior way
There are no hidden fees. Visiting a bank is always easy and never time-consuming. With Rize CU I have been given the opportunity to build credit when my application was rejected. There are many more features I cannot touch upon but they have many to help your financial needs. Unlike the other popular banks, there are no hassles to obtain services.

This is the best Credit Union I’ve ever belong to from the easy online app. When you go into a branch, you feel welcomed and all your needs are met. It’s so easy. I even have my mom bank here and you know how some older people have issues.

Unlike almost every customer oriented institution out there, Rize has kept the practice of being able to quickly and easily talk to a knowledgeable and real human. The chatbots are great but sometimes things are a bit to nuanced for them. Also what is extremely urgent to me doesn't register until an operator talks to you to give you that warm fuzzy.

I went to the bank they helped me out with taking out of money. When I needed the money and when I don't have any money when I shopping for food. And I don't have enough rize help me to pay it off. Rize Credit Union customer service representatives are prompt and polite. Rize Credit Union has always refunded any card charges I challenge after I prove the reason for the challenge. I've been with Rize for 16 years and have no intention on leaving.

If your kid gets paper statements each month they get charged $5. Only credit union I have used that does this to kids.
