I've been a member since 2018 and I refer my family and friends to RIZE CU (formerly known as SCE FCU). I recently became eligible for an auto loan and it was perfect timing because my old car gave out and I didn't have money for a new one or to fix my old car but with RIZE I was pre-approved for an auto loan and got to choose any car at any dealership of my choice. Fantastic experience so far. Thank you!

App needs to be updated with locations
I notified Rize Credit Union about four months ago regarding a location, listed in the app that is no longer there, an ATM machine. This machine was actually located on site where I work in Irwindale, California. I believe it might’ve been removed during Covid, and since SCE Federal Credit Union transitioned over to Rize, they never updated it. Today I took a look and four months later it’s still on the app, even though I spoke with an employee and told them that this location was no longer on the property. I even asked if they would consider putting an ATM back at the property with no response. Maybe they can do better? This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

This bank treats it's customers very poorly.
Especially the Assistant Branch manager of the Irwindale Branch. Who will help you as long as it's not a Saturday and she has someplace to be.
And they also charge you to count your change.
I immediately moved my money to Kinectca FCU. Where at least I feel like they appreciate my business.

Online banking outages weekly no Face ID
Since Rize took over my long time Credit Union there have been so many online banking outages.. routine updates “every few days” no more option to sign in with Face ID. It’s 2025 and the app doesn’t have Face ID? The small credit union they took over had it..
