Had our eye on a Tesla M3P for a few weeks, sold our car and the same day the Tesla came down in price at Riviera…winner 🤩 Drove over to Cleckheaton (about an hour away) that afternoon, was handed the key card and was left to look at the car - amazing, no one hovering over you feeding you the usual car sales jibber jabber. Spoke to Chris afterwards who gave me all the info, deposit down and a very easy stress free process, pick up day arranged and off home I went. The next day I realised I’d messed my work days up and asked if it would be possible to collect a day earlier, this absolutely wasn’t a problem and was arranged swiftly. Chris messaged the morning of collection (yesterday) to confirm the time the car would be ready - brilliant 👍🏻 We arrived, had another thorough look at the car (my partner hadn’t seen it yet so was trusting my viewing!) and within 30 minutes everything was paid for, ownership transferred and we were on our way home in the horrendous M62 rush hour traffic 😂

From the minute we walked in we felt like we were being helped to get the car we wanted rather than being sold the car!
We had 2 cars to trade in and Chris was brilliant in helping us achieve what we wanted and more. He could’ve easily stopped and said this is what it is but worked to a price where we were all happy!
This week I called the office at around 3pm with a slight concern regarding a noise, the car was in the next morning with the team waiting to investigate. It turned out to be nothing but I can’t say how happy I was with the service and concern I received, it was second to none!
I will definitely be using Riviera again!

I had a great experience buying my Audi Q8 from Chris at Riviera Automotive. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and without any pressure, which made the whole process really straightforward.
Chris was transparent, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions. He kept me updated throughout and made sure everything we discussed was taken care of before collection — including the detailing and preparation of the car.
The car itself was exactly as described and in excellent condition when I picked it up. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and that gave me confidence in the purchase.

Great experience with my car sale to Riviera. Riz was easy to deal with and John who collected the car is a fantastic guy, super knowledgeable and utterly honest and trustworthy. Recommend them unreservedly.

Sold my truck through Carwow to riviera. Was a quick smooth process and communication was very quick and collection was made at a time that worked for me. Pricing was very competitive and payment was quick. John was great when collecting the truck. Would recommended the company and John himself. Thank you.

I recently enquired about a BMW X5 and a Land Rover Discovery with Chris and asked whether I should book an appointment for a test drive. I was told there was no need and that I could simply turn up.

That weekend, while on my way over, I called ahead and was told Chris wasn’t in and that nobody would be able to assist or offer a test drive. A short while later I received a call back saying it would actually be possible, so I continued on.

When I arrived, I was able to test drive the X5, but the Discovery wouldn’t even start.

Jon provided finance quotes, and on the Tuesday I messaged to say I was interested. I received no response, so I called Chris and was asked to send over my part exchange details. Because my car is an import, they mentioned it the system had difficulty valueing it (despite VC all correct), but from that point onward I had to chase regulalry for updates.

By Thursday lunch, Chris told me he would get everything sorted and “over the line” that afternoon. I heard nothing that day and nothing on Friday either.

On Saturday I called again. Chris wasn’t in, so I spoke with Joe, (Manager?). I explained the situation and was told the same about the part exchange valuation. I then offered to put down a cash deposit instead to secure the car. Joe said he would sort it, but called back five minutes later to tell me the car had been sold that morning.

After spending an entire week chasing and making it very clear that I wanted to buy the vehicle, this was incredibly frustrating.

Joe said he would look into what went wrong and come back to me on Sunday or Monday. It’s now Wednesday and I’ve still heard nothing.

To make matters worse, the car is still listed online as available for sale.

Very disappointing experience. I was ready to buy but had to chase every step of the process. If this is the level of service when someone is trying to buy a car, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in the support you’d receive after the sale.

I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend Riviera Automotive enough. Also, the Vehicle Assessor John. He was very professional, yet friendly! Do not hesitate to use this garage.

I recently sold my Audi A5 to Riviera through Carwow. Good communication and very professional. On the day of collection I was put at ease by the car assessor, John who was very down to earth and easy to talk to and fair in his assessment. He made the experience a lot less stressful than I was expecting!

Jon could not have been more helpful, without a hint of pressure. In a showroom with some outstanding vehicles my purchase was definitely at the lower end, but I was made to feel welcome and an appreciated customer.
Nothing was too much trouble, all questions were answered quickly and fully- often before I had thought of them!

I always wait 6 months+ before reviewing a new car, for obvious reasons....but this car (Audi R8 Mythos Black)has been flawless in every possible way.....it has been like driving a brand new car from day 1 !. Quite possibly the most stunning vehicle I've ever driven. The attention one gets when driving this car is unbelievable...
The service received from the staff was impeccable, although i had a small issue with the warranty company, but that was unrelated to Riviera, who called to make sure i was ok regardless.
All round, 10/10 company 👍
